a month agoStaff was so nice and attentive to children using the bouncy equipment and cheering on my kid. But I was not expecting for the plastic everywhere to look the way it looked. They do clean it and you can really smell the bleach put the spots everywhere grossed me out. Overall a one time experience for me. Again, great staff adjust the black spots really made me not enjoy it.

a month agoFirst impression not great. The entire jumping equipment was dirty and filled with pollen. The guests’ clothes and hair was covered in pollen at the end of jumping. Please consider wiping down your equipment often.

a month agoIt was wet and very dirty today! When we went last year, it was great! So, we were excited to see that it was back. However, this time, it was filthy and not inflated completely, which made it more difficult to jump. Our socks got wet and disgusting. It hasn't even rained in a couple days. I don't plan to return.

a month agoThe kids had fun but the place was filthy. I went to FUNBOX back in 2023 and all of the inflatables were spotless. Back then, they also only charged $9 per kid and the parents were free. This time, it’s $18 per person including parents and there was pollen all over all of the inflatables, black stains everywhere, water in various places and all of the inflatables are now faded in color. It’s fun but not worth $18 a ticket.

4 weeks agoI recently hosted a party at Funbox and while the kids and adults genuinely enjoyed the activities, there were a number of disappointing elements that left me feeling underwhelmed, especially considering the $400 price for the party. First off, the wording on the website is misleading—it suggests that Funbox is inside Cumberland Mall, when it’s actually nearby. Not a huge deal, but it did cause a bit of confusion for some of our guests. As for the party itself, I expected more than just a reserved table (especially when there were plenty of open tables anyway). For $400, we received admission for 18 kids and parents (even if the parents didn’t jump) and snowball tickets for 12 kids. That was it. No private party area, no signage to indicate a birthday or special occasion, no decorations, no cups, no balloons, not even complimentary water—which, by the way, was $3 per bottle and we weren’t allowed to bring our own. I also had to personally meet each of my guests at the front to hand out wristbands, which became a hassle and made it hard to actually enjoy the event. However, I want to shout out Ms. Tess and Ms. Lee. They were the highlight of the experience—friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout. Their professionalism and positive attitude really helped salvage the day. The attractions were great and the staff was wonderful, but the overall party logistics and value just didn’t justify the cost. Funbox might be a fun place to visit casually, but I wouldn’t recommend it for hosting a party unless improvements are made to the experience.
