2 weeks agoI recently visited Fun Dimension with my family, looking forward to what I hoped would be a fun and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, I left deeply disappointed and frustrated. Given the cost of admission and the prime location of your establishment, I expected a higher standard of service and functionality. During our visit, half of the arcade machines were out of order, and one of the bowling lanes was also not operational. This significantly limited the number of activities available, especially for families who are paying a premium to be there. Additionally, most of the hand sanitizing stations were empty, which is unacceptable for a space designed for children and families, where hygiene is especially important. What added to the frustration was the lack of staff presence throughout the facility. On several occasions, we had to track someone down to issue a refund for a non-working game—something that should be the exception, not the rule. It becomes exhausting to constantly deal with broken machines and then take the time to seek out someone to correct the issue. A place like Fun Dimension should be thinking more carefully about the guest experience and the operational oversight needed to maintain it. It’s clear that more attention needs to be paid to equipment maintenance, staffing, and general upkeep. Families come to your facility to make memories and enjoy themselves, not to spend their time chasing down refunds and navigating broken attractions. I hope you take this feedback seriously. The potential for a great experience is there, but at the moment, it feels like your establishment is falling short in delivering on that promise.

a week agoFunDimension in Wynwood is a super fun and well-designed entertainment spot for both kids and adults, with something for everyone. From the moment you walk in, the place is buzzing with energy—arcade games, laser tag, bumper cars, virtual reality, and even an indoor playground for the little ones. Everything is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a blast playing laser tag and trying out the VR experiences, and the arcade offers a nice mix of nostalgic classics and new games that keep you hooked. It’s also a great place for birthday parties or just to spend an afternoon doing something different, especially if you’re already walking around Wynwood. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s definitely on the pricier side—credits for the games add up quickly, and the attractions aren’t cheap. Still, the quality and cleanliness of the place, along with how much fun everyone has, make it feel worth it for a special treat or outing. If you’re looking for a fun indoor activity in Wynwood, FunDimension delivers a full experience—you’ll just want to budget a little extra for the fun.
