Owners you need to contact me!! We just repaid for our membership for 3 children, $150 per kid-to find out literally NOTHING in the ball pit area works, balls are disgusting, cords exposed, tiles not covering everything. Let’s not mention the disgusting amount of trash we saw as we got there at 10am right when they opened today. This place Is a complete hazard right now. The mats are all disgusting… the worst I’ve ever seen. Trash and food particles throughout the playground. Lots of areas broken(ring area has ropes about to break any moment. Some other moms in the area mentioned a kid throwing up recently from the second level and employees not even shutting down the building to completely sanitize- kids were walking through throw up tracking it everywhere. No wonder we all got so sick after our last visit. You are charging people full price for a facility that half works. You should be providing a safe environment for children to play. This is far from that. Gross you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have to say, I was disappointed. The admission cost was $48.31 per child, which I found to be way overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, we arrived at 11 AM on Wednesday 12/4/2024 only to find the place closed, even though the hours listed online stated 11 am-8 pm. This was incredibly frustrating for our family. We had to drive back at 3 PM instead since I already bought the tickets online. Pictures below. Once inside, the cleanliness was another issue. The kids' clothes ended up dirty because the area was not well maintained. With the high cost, incorrect hours, and lack of cleanliness, there are definitely better options out there for a family outing.

The bathroom smelled like well water/rotten egg smell like you get with corroded pipes or something. The rest of the facility was clean and smelled fine. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pizza was actually not bad. The mac n cheese bites were good. The fruit tray was fine. The soda was like generic orange and fruit punch, but it was edible. Party room is the best deal, the rooms are quiet with good AC. The common areas were really warm and really loud. The arcade is pricey, as most are. The play area is in good working condition. Anyway, would recommend for a party. For regular play eh, too loud to have good conversation with friends if you're just in the common areas. For a party you can bring your own streamers, balloons, decor and cupcakes. Funville provides ice cream cups and pizza, etc.

This isn’t our first time here but definitely the first complaint we have about cleanliness. The mats inside the big play area and even the toddler area are absolutely disgusting, there is trash everywhere. The mats are popping up easy for these kids to trip and fall. For the price it’s not worth it unless you’re asking for your kids clothes to get dirty and sick. Obviously poor management!!!

This place is so fun! It is located by the old Chesapeake mall. There is a burger restaurant in the same parking lot. They do serve food though. I saw people eating pizza fries and soda. There is a QR code on each table you can order from. This is a great indoor play area. Many levels of fun for kids of all ages. The colors were bright and vibrant and fun at the same time. The play area for toddlers was large and well thought out with many safe things to keep kids busy. It was for kids under 3 foot tall. My son loved it. A multi level play area for kids older than toddlers maybe up to pre teens. More than enough physical activities to keep your kids busy for a few hours. You need a power card type thing to play at the arcade though but modern and fun. Staff was polite from the time we entered until we left. The front desk clerk was understanding of my son’s disability and allowed me to wear an entrance band on my wrist instead of him. The lady that was in the play area with the kids was very attentive to the entire play area. There was also a lady in charge of the large slides and she was kind to my son who ran over several times but was then scared to do the slide. We drove 50 minutes to check it out and were glad we did. My son loves it here. I’m sure we’ll be back soon. This is a good place for a rainy day afternoon. The only thing I didn’t like was the price. We paid $40 for my son and husband to each get a pair of socks and to have free play for 2 hours.
