Future Kids Activity Center

I did a pop-up tour 2 days ago. The owner was expecting me a day or so prior. I went here based off these very 5 star google reviews. I can not believe parent's drop & pick up their kids knowing what it's like in there. They either have no other choice or just simply do not care... Which is a shame!!! The capacity is over the limit by 10 to 18 with children. It is law that the ratio is 1-7 or 1-8 meaning 1 staff member to 7 or 8 toddler's. This place had 15+ toddlers in 1 very, VERY small room! ! With 1 miserable staff member standing in the corner. The other different age rooms were packed wall to wall as well. Every single staff member looked so miserable and defeated. I get why... All them children while getting paid the bare minimum... Jesus! Way too many kids! The toddler room is so small you guys! With a baby gate & the kids were trying to climb over to get out, some had runny noses, others fighting or throwing stuff... All while the miserable staff memeber stood there. There was no learning what so ever going on in any room!!! As soon as i walked in i asked 1 staff memeber who was with some toddlers in the "play area" (a big EMPTY room with 1 broken down play house) how was her day & she replied "Too many kids! Way too many kids! You see!" The owner knew I was never coming back. I couldnt hide my facial expression & If the owner is reading this then im sure you Remember me but i dont care. That is horrible! I get from your eyes why you dont deny kids and thats because of the $. But in the long run you are hurting them by not giving them 1 on 1 time with a certified or caring staff memeber. There is no way them kids learn anything throughout any day. I'd be surprised if they even eat right or are changed on time. It is really packed with children of all age groups. Every single dirty room. What a shame!!!

Love this place,, Ms.Emily and Ms,A always know how to love on a child when their uncomfortable,, very respectful ,, very warm feeling my kids trust these women with everything in them and so do I,, my kids been here for a year in a half going on two and I wouldn't trade them for nothing ... Very helpful my oldest gets transportation back and forth to school which is a life saver for me as a mother having to be at work at certain times,,,

The teachers lie on my child . They mess with your child to kick them out of school . Very poor daycare . Nasty attitude. My kids hated it .don’t take them there

My children been here for two years the staff is great my son loves it's not just a daycare it's a learning facility and I wouldn't send my kids to no other daycare
