Came here Sunday December the 1st around 530 ordered a drink and food to go was told 15 minutes didn't get my order until almost 615 mind you I was the only one at the bar waiting on food it seems that the priority here is door dash the guy who took my order his name start with a "D" took my order and then he disappeared i had to ask the lady who just walked in on her shift about my food the guy looked to be drinking on the clock as well the owners can review camera worst experience i had while in ohio i was recommended to go here by my hotel was very let down. Looks like it could be a good place to drink but eat i wouldn't ever again wish I could get my money back but I paid cash

I was there with the seniors group from 10 am to 1 pm on Tuesday and had a blast. This is every Tuesday.

This place was nice for my first time, I’m not a gamer girly but I thought it would be fun to try something new but it was hard to play the PC with my nails , only thing I can say wasn’t good is that we barely got any game time the computer was slow the games took some time to download each game which we only got to play two and ran out of time mid game on the second one but I will be coming back soon to give it another try WITHOUT the nails this time , the food was soooo good I had the birria nachos and it was one of the best nachos I ever had I would definitely come back just to grab them again , the drinks were not so good not enough alcohol don’t waste your money on them thinking your gonna get any feeling from them because we got nothing one drink had too much red bull that overpowered the whole drink the other was just giving a illusion ( strong alcohol taste) that you were gonna be tipsy but when u finish you feel the same as when you walked in the door I can’t remember the name of the drinks

This place was absolutely fantastic!! I came for a senior event 😊 The staff was the bomb!! I am looking forward to spending many days here😁 my daughter loved it also💜

Payments for memberships used to be ez and convenient, they changed their softwere now games they have are harder to get into requiring more time that people pay for to be spent fixing the issue, they do add the time back however, some of the staff can be rude from time to time, food is great however, bar staff is nice and always ready to talk and chill, Game Arena seems to have taken a more event approach, and a lot of other aspects do need a little touch ups, they do tend to treat regulars a little different and opinions do clash, but it seems that for the members that have been here awhile it's can sometimes be seen as our input, as well as people who buy an hour or day pass are much more important than their return costumers.
