I had an amazing time at game time the other day I wanna say I wanna think that really The supervisor Sandy took good care of me. She went above and beyond to make me have a very exceptional service me and my friends were here and we spent at least roughly like three or four hours in. I don’t really get a chance to see them because they come out of state and the fact that we went to a place so we didn’t expect to have such great service. I wanna really take the time to appreciate the supervisor for everything that she did for us at night she’s very smart and I hope the company is taking care of her I hate to see good people not being taken care of her! That moment felt like a once and a life time experience ✨😎

I had an amazing experience at Game Time! Thank you so much to the MVP Sandy. Her patience is one of kind and her customer service was outstanding. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us navigate the games, and made sure we had a great time. It’s rare to find someone so understanding and willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest feels valued. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism definitely the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Sandy if you need assistance!

Visited for the first time 7-2-24 Great place! Easy to get to, right off Colonial and plenty of free parking. Super clean gaming area with 100's of video games! Restaurant with full bar is adjacent to the gaming floor to keep an eye on kids. We tried the cheese pizza, chicken fingers and cheese curds. All were delicious. They have a pretty extensive menu and VERY reasonable prices. Tuesdays they offer a few items at $10 and a timed play card for four hours for also $10! You cannot win prizes but can play unlimited for four hours! What a deal. Steve, our bartender and server for the day, was GREAT! Super knowledge and friendly. Clean restrooms. I'd say we'll be back, but we already have been back.

Place really fun to play at but when it comes to customer service it was the worst!! For starters I only speak English and the employee started yelling at me in Spanish even when I waited for them for like 20 minutes just to get seen and that’s not all !! I wanted to play some of the games that required credits so I bought one of the cards. I ran out of credits and I wanted to reload it so I went to go reload it on the machine and accidentally purchased a new card so I asked them if I was able to combine them since my other card still had some leftover credits and they rudely told me that they couldn’t do anything and that I had to deal with it and the manager Kenneth did nothing while he’s employees were bad mouthing me .

Game time was really nice. Jason the bar tender was very nice. He really knows how to make drinks and he was polite. Me and my hubby had a great time.
