Great place! It was refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their work. I watched the staff treat every family with kindness and respect. Even while having multiple parties happening at once, they remained attentive and made sure to check on every guest who walked in consistently throughout the entire two hours I was there. Their professionalism and dedication truly deserve recognition, especially in a busy environment like that. Definitely want to give a special shout out to who seemed to be leading the pack her name was Lizzie and Linda

This is an amazing place for teens and adults to have fun! They have recently renovated the foam pit and also has a kid’s area. Unfortunately, there are many casualties that can happen from jumping. The prices are also shockingly high. I would recommend getting the 1 year pass if you come once a week.

I love this location. I come here with two young men that have autism and Elizabeth is always so kind and inclusive. She has the best customer service and makes an effort to make their experience great every time. From interacting with them to considering sensory preferences I always know the guys are welcome at this location. Thank you Elizabeth! You are the best!

Super fun! Very clean and lots to do. Gets crowded on weekends but still always lots of space to jump. Had a very fun birthday party at the middleburg location.

A very cool time with children, many trampolines for children of any age, and adults can also relax and jump. There are many areas for active recreation, there are also machines with various games. I would like to note that the staff is very friendly and good, you can buy socks of different sizes, the room itself is clean and odorless, the toilets are clean, there are closets where you can leave outerwear and shoes. You can also register online, which is very convenient. The only downside is that there are a lot of children on weekends, so we will go only on weekdays. The location is good and there is free parking.
