3 weeks agoYes this place may need some TLC. But we had a great time ! There are not many places where we can take our special needs daughter; she is 3 and learned how to walk not too long ago. Places Iike this increase her confidence and she had so much fun on the slides and climb around in the smaller jumping gyms. The place wasn’t too crowded and the new owner / operator was super friendly and came over and introduced himself.

a month agoWe hosted a birthday party here for my 2 -yr-old. Everything was great. The room was ready when I showed up. Guest were checked-in in a timely manner and the pizza was good. The kids also loved the favor bags.

2 months agoI rarely ever leave a negative review (even when I could/should), but I honestly don't know that it's ever felt as much of a civic duty as it does here. First, half the park is currently is "under renovations" and not usable. There is NO indication of this on the website or signage on the doors. So by the time you find out (i.e., AFTER you've driven however far and walked in the door with your very excited children) there is no walking away unless you want your children tearful and heartbroken. It's blatantly deceptive advertising to fail to acknowledge this on your website or storefront. I absolutely wanted to walk out on principle, but the children were of course begging to stay. No apology was offered by the staff and I was not offered a discount. I had to REQUEST discounted entry myself, to which the staff was very agreeable but also he only knocked off a few bucks from the total, which certainly did not appropriately compensate for the conditions of the park. I'm certain I wouldn't have been offered a discount if I hadn't asked. And even a DEEP discount wouldn't seem to justify this place being open for business with the current safety and sanitary risks. When we entered the usable part I saw there was a gaping empty concrete pit with 3-4 foot drop-offs with only a single flimsy piece of yellow tape to warn you. No fencing or safety rails, NOTHING to keep the children and toddlers who were running RIGHT NEXT TO THEM from jumping or falling right in. And a similar situation along a long stretch of the park next to the UNUSABLE dodgeball park-- also no barriers to prevent children from falling off. It's an injury lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm baffled this place can be legally open for business in this condition. And the foam cubes for the foam pit, which is my kiddo's favorite part, were frankly disgusting. Deteriorated, dusty, crumbling apart, the kids clothes and socks were covered in foam sediment, it was in their hair, and kept getting smaller airborne particles in their eyes and mouths. And the park was legit cold, it was not regulated to an appropriate temperature and I along w/most of the adults were wearing our coats in the facility. If this business is hurting financially and trying to stay afloat while they complete much-needed renovations, I get it. Hard times are real and ppl need grace when they happen. I'm a big fan of good humans doing the best they can to make it. But if you're an ethical and honest business, you'll respect your customers enough to do right by them with your product, even in hard times. You'll advertise yourself honestly, adjust your entry fees accordingly for EVERYONE, and safety proof, clean and maintain your usable areas. Come on society, we can do better than this!

4 weeks agoDangerous. This place should be shut down. We were invited here. It was my first and last visit. Please don’t bring your children here if you care.

3 weeks agoThis place should be SHUT DOWN! I paid $45 for myself and my grandson! The place was so dirty and just empty! Literally 5 things to jump on, yet very DIRTY! Yet, Get Air in Lawrencville was $14! Do not go here! And sad it’s in a Black community! TRUST IT IS VERY DIRTY! DIM LIGHTS! So many other places to go that is worth your money and fun for you and your kids! And disgusting to have to go to Gwinnett and other counties to experience sanitary conditions! Again! A total ripoff! DO NOT GO THERE! I have read other reviews, and editing! SHUT DOWN AND RECONSTRUCT! If I had time I would stand outside your horrific establishment with a sign to tell people to not go there! Go just a few minutes away to Catch air! Am AMAZING EXPERIENCE! SHUT DOWN AND CLEANUP!
