Get Air Trampoline Park

2 times in a row with something at this place being an issue. I said I wouldn’t come back after they took $150 from us on tickets they told us couldn’t be used & I have still yet to get a refund 3 weeks later. Came for my 5 yr olds birthday today & she is 42 inches tall. The lady told my daughter she couldn’t play in a certain area because she wasn’t tall enough. I see no signs anywhere that state a height requirement on this particular area. Soooooo we pay more money for my daughter to play on selective equipment/spaces now? Like come on. This place I use to think was awesome but I’ll just continue going to sky zone at this point cuz the employees here are rude as hell. Photo of area & sign near area included

We love ths place that we got an annual membership. My daughter is a gymnast and she can practice tricks here as much as she wants. The only thing I hope they have is another check in line for who has membership so we won't have to wait in a long line specially when it's a Friday or weekend. Other than that we love being here and the annual membership is worth it.💕

Fun place to host a birthday party but the price was astronomical. $500+ for a 2 hour birthday party for 12 kids and they said that was with a pricing discount.

My 3 kids (ages 7, 10 and 13) LOVE this trampoline park! We just had my 7 year olds birthday party here. The best time to go is during the week. We went Saturday night and there was so many kids there. Regardless, no matter the cost the kids have a blast here! 10/10 would recommend. Follow me to see my reviews of business around the kc area

What a crappy ran company. Ran by a bunch of teenagers. No wonder nobody is here! Called prior to going to Get Air to understand the online coupons and discounts, I was told best way to purchase 3 tickets would be the buy one get one at 40% off online and then go in store and pay regular price for the third. Once I get to the store I'm told that that's not a redeem coupon becuse tonight after 7 is club air. And only club air coupons work at this time.... She said club air started at 7:00 pm. When I called asking about online coupon purchases it was well after seven. It was actually 7:55 pm. I then went in to showing her my phones call log that showed to call time to prove what I was saying happened. She then went in to tell me that my phone call must have been routed to a call center...which is really nice. The call center doesn't let you know that you're speaking to a call center... She tells me when I call at 1 800 number.It always goes to a call center. I showed her I called 816-897-3456 which is the number that is on the google maps listing for Get Air. I then went into explaining to her. So you're telling me that I look up get air Independence it gives me a telephone number. I call it, ask the person at the other end. How to move forward in my purchases? I am bringing 3 kids to get air. They give me wrong information and you tell me I'm just SOL.... Nice no remedy or anything... LOL What a crappy ran company.
