a week agoJust had my first birthday party for my son today. Well worth every penny! Samantha was our worker and from start to finish had a huge smile on her face the whole time. She was very helpful with answering questions. The whole process was simple and easy and as a parent it’s amazing. Great place. Always clean. Even the bathrooms are clean. Thanks for being a great place for my 5 year old.

3 weeks agoGet Air Rochester does a great job with younger-kid activities and is clearly targeted toward the under 48” tall crowd. It is a surprisingly chill vibe, even with a couple of birthday parties around us. This is equal parts indoor playground and trampoline park. Admission is very affordable, even on your first visit when you buy your socks. They run a tight and (more importantly) clean ship, and the focus for the Littles is truly appreciated!

3 weeks agoSure, here’s a rewritten version of your message that keeps the tone firm while making it clearer and more structured: My children (ages 4, 8, and 12) and I were invited to a party at your facility on 4/12/25, and I have to say from the start—it was chaotic and extremely disappointing. 1. Waiver Process: The waivers were not available online to fill out ahead of time. When we arrived and completed them in person, the front desk staff couldn’t locate them, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. 2. Staffing Issues: There appeared to be only five staff members on duty, and they were rarely visible or available to assist. 3. Safety Concerns: There was no age separation in the play areas. Toddlers were jumping alongside teenagers, which created a highly unsafe environment. At one point, older kids were running around younger children and babies. While some parents were nearby, it still felt chaotic and poorly supervised. 4. Unacceptable Behavior from Staff: The most disturbing part of the visit was the behavior of the front desk employee toward my 12-year-old. After the lights were suddenly turned off (without any prior warning to us that this would happen), my son panicked and ran to find his 4-year-old sibling. The front desk employee approached him and said, “Boy, if you run again, I’ll call the cops on you.” Before I could step in, another gentleman addressed the employee and told him that his tone and words were completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a parent of African American children, I found that statement especially disturbing. In today’s world, for a white man to threaten a young Black child in that manner is completely inappropriate and, frankly, alarming. There is no excuse for speaking to a child that way—especially when the child was acting out of concern for their sibling’s safety. This experience left me feeling angry and deeply uncomfortable. I will never bring my children back to this facility. Between the lack of staffing, the safety hazards, and the disturbing level of disrespect shown to my child, it’s clear that this is not a place I can trust with my kids’ well-being. You may have signed waivers, but when staff is nearly nonexistent, injuries are just waiting to happen. I love my children and will not put them in harm’s way—ever.

2 months agoWe had an amazing time at Get Air Trampoline Park! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They offer fantastic deals that make it affordable for families and groups, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to Bella for doing such an incredible job setting up all the decorations! She made sure everything looked perfect, and it was such a relief to have everything taken care of without any stress. The setup was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the effort put into making the event special. Overall, Get Air is a great place for fun, energy-filled activities, and their customer service goes above and beyond. Highly recommend for parties, events, or just a great day out!
