I hate to share this little secret. Great spot to launch for free and plenty of parking!

Very kind renter, and gave a clean and well maintained kayak. He was professional and friendly, and gave us good advice. We kayaked for two hours at Deering point and the price was great for the amount of time kayaked. Would do it again and recommend to anyone wanting to kayak in south Miami.

A beautiful spot to sit by the water or to drop in your kayak. There are clean flushing toilets that are well mantained. Motor boats are not allowed. There is parking and few cover picnic tables as well. A circular driveway allows for easy equipment drop-off near the water.
