Gamemaster and the zombie were amazing. They were nice and made the experience worth going. It was scary in a sense and it helped make the room feel longer. The puzzles were not hard, just the scare factor. One puzzle or two were not functional/not working but it did not hinder the fun times we had. We did the chained zombie, minimum 6 and there is 10% gratuity added on after. I dont mind since the actor was good.

I’ve done a few different escape rooms and this one was by far the best experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was detailed, the perfect balance of challenging and doable, and super fun! Also not a bad price. The facility was very nice and just overall a pleasant place to be. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.

The people working there were very nice. We had multiple rooms and had a great time, but each of our rooms had items that were not working or falling apart which affected finding out the clues. Apart from that we had a great time. For us to come back we would need to know that upgrades have been done and items are working properly.

Amazing experience! The rooms available have a range of story options for every adventurer and the puzzles are so much fun, with varying levels of challenge. The staff were so helpful when there was a misunderstanding about public verus private room reservations and did their absolute best to make all parties satisfied! And I'd be lying if I said that the little mini figure we got for completing the challenge wasn't a great reward! We're definitely coming back here!

We have done three of the rooms here and they have all been fun and challenging. Zombie on a chain was our last one—totally different and kinda crazy!—the family had a great time with it. Staff/actors were great, well done.
