Going, Going, Gone!

Going Going Gone is hands-down my favorite store ever! Every time I visit, I find something new that I absolutely need to have. It's impossible to leave this place empty-handed! The prices are unbelievable, like we've stepped back into the '90s. Whether you're looking for sports gear, apparel, or accessories, this outlet store consistently delivers great finds at unbeatable prices. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great deals!

This is for sure a deal finder place. I highly recommend coming here if you looking to get great quality and brand clothes for fraction of the price. The one store I enjoy shopping because you never know what good deal you will find. Highly recommend this place over any other.

Went there to get pickleball shoes and a paddle. Found some Asics that I liked for the closeout price of $79. Also a paddle for a good price. 2 days later I get an AD on my phone from Dick's where the same shoes ordered online with free delivery is $50. So don't think all of the prices are reduced. I paid full retail, but I like the shoes.

Everyone who helped me today was super friendly and I found out that everything I bought was much cheaper than the price on the tag due to the number special I literally saved 300 dollars.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my girlfriend from the Dick’s Going, Going, Gone store as a gift. Unfortunately, after picking up the shoes, she realized they were the wrong size (my fault for ordering the wrong size). Instead of the store manager offering a simple solution like giving her store credit so she wouldn’t have to use her own money to exchange the shoes, he had the brilliant idea of canceling the purchase and sending the money back to the original card, forcing her to repurchase the shoes herself. This was handled incredibly poorly and unnecessarily complicated. When I called the store to ask why they dealt with it this way, I was told there was nothing they could do—zero flexibility or effort to make things right. To make things worse, I had to call their corporate line (1-877-846-9997) and spoke to a lovely lady named Kimberly, who was helpful but also explained that because the shoes were part of a “Going, Going, Gone” sale, this was somehow the reason behind this absurd process. I had to explain to her that this is one of their own stores, not some random clearance event. Overall, this was an infuriating experience that made me feel like they don’t care about their customers at all. I won’t be shopping here again, and I would suggest others avoid it too unless you enjoy unnecessary hassle and poor customer service.
