3 months agoI was working across the street from the preserve, when we were leaving i noticed something in the drainage ditch. There was good water flowing. I'd say 2 feet deep and saw something swimming in it. Reminded me of a bull frog at first glance but still looking it looked like an Otter.......I had to jump out and see if I could get a better look. Thought it went under the road in the culvert. Wish I could have caught it on film. Keep those eyes open you may miss a treasure!

2 years agoEvery time I come here I enjoy myself so much, the woods are beautiful and walking the boardwalk over the swamp is always a joy. The playground is set far back from the road, as to make you feel your children are safe. All around a good park to spend a few hours

11 months agoAnd a previous reviewer had said "Might be a nice place, however I never made it there. Google directions take you into a culdesac and into someone's front yard!" Sounds dumb to ask but does anyone know how to get into this place?

5 years agoSolid little area! If you wanna hangout with some deer and turkey, walk through the woods or practice some solo camping it is a great area. It also has a nice board walk/path to walk, run or bike on if you want to relax and work off a few calories!

5 years agoGreat place for a quick walk or to play nature bingo. Small inlet along the path you could stop and ready. Many turtles to hunt out in the swamp areas. The park that is near by is a great addition for children
