Ground Control Trampoline Park San Antonio

We didn't know this place existed until a few days ago when we got a birthday party invitation. We came here today, December 7th for that birthday party and had a great time. There is a great selection of bouncy things to jump up and down on and things to climb on and roll over on. The party rooms are pretty small and the parking lot is way too small for as many people come there. Otherwise, I'm sure we'll come back for more fun and exercise.

First time here and 3 of the activities were closed when we were there: the foam pit, ninja obstacle course and one of the bouncing pits. I was pretty unimpressed and disappointed that so many things were unavailable. They need to rotate maintenance so it’s not like that- or discount it, $43 for a few trampolines is rediculous. I wish there was a 60 minute option too; 90 minutes is long for little kids. It’s nice they offer a military discount but we will probably not be back.

Visited first time for a birthday event my son was invited to. It's pretty neat. Afterwards, my son said we should come back on another day. This is good physical activity, instead of sitting in front of a computer. So, I said 'yes'. We came back on a Friday after school. Only two other kids were there. By the time we left, there were like 8 kids. Very nice. He could do whatever he wanted. We'll be back for sure. Minus 1 star for not having adult beverages. With kids running around, screaming. Some drinks would be nice. Even Chuck E. Cheese has beer. Oh. Keep the socks (you paid for them). You can use them next time.

Fun, clean, affordable. My teens had a good time burning off some energy. The food they got was burned though. Need to work on the snack bar quality. I really appreciated that the lockers are free to use.

My son loves this place so we always here. Today while I was standing in line to place, my order, a employee was being very disrespectful, loud and irate. The display of professionalism that I’ve seen from the manager Ms. Laren was amazing. She kept a calm tone-and was very polite. I mean this kid was yelling, screaming and using profanity, she kept her cool now that something that you do not see in the workplace every day, even the young man that was taking my order he never once stop taking my order. He just kept going like nothing was going on leadership definitely shows in this Place The staff is amazing I was immediately approached by Ms. Lauren, who apologized for this matter The next act of kindness surprise me she offered me and my son slushy’s and a VIP pass for his visit. I’m very grateful for my experience today once again thank you Miss Lauren may God blessed the ground control family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
