11 months agoI love the Gymnast Factory!! I had a birthday party here when I was 10. It was super fun! Sadly, they don't do parties anymore BUT their classes and camps are great!! Really good prices, good ratio of students to coaches, amazing and friendly coaches, and all the students seem to love it and make the best of friends!

5 years agoJust to let you guys know, their attitude is that they do not need your business, they are doing just fine without you. Twice, the employees were unnecessarily rude to me, the adult. I was surprised, and frankly, hurt. They were great with my kids. I pulled my kids out of the camp, they reached out to me to discuss it, we talked, I asked for an apology, but they only once apologized, and it was 'for my experience', not for the rude words & attitudes. They fully refunded my camp tuition. I will say my kids absolutely loved it there, the camp features gymnastics in the morning then a movie after lunch, whats not to love? Just don't anticipate positive interactions with the staff.

9 years agoI love it!!!! I'm on the competitive trampoline team and I absolutely love it. All the coaches are so nice and expect you to try your best. We have so much fun and have multiple national champions on our team. Definitely go here if you love gymnastics. Especially trampoline!

10 years agoI booked my daughter's 5th birthday party here for 1/25/2014 to start at 1pm. Apparently they lost power the night before but did not notify us until 15min before the party was set to begin. They were apologetic at the time and offered us a voucher for their open gym night. However they then took 2 weeks to return my $100 deposit after numerous phone calls and a visit in person. In person they were brusque and rescinded the previous offer for a voucher. We'd had a birthday party there before and the kids had loved it but the lack of professionalism and basic common courtesy this time around is inexcusable. **Update: Gymnast Factory has scheduled a makeup party for us on their Friday night drop ins and I know my daughter is really looking forward to it.
