H-Town Elite Gymnastics

We have had a variety of difficult experiences with the management at H-Town Elite. This is unfortunate because we have had such a good experience with the coaches! Anytime we have questions about cost or enrollment, we go to the front desk, but the front desk people don’t have the information they need from the owners/management. We don’t have email or contact info for those in charge in order to get our questions answered. For example, I signed my son up for a ninja class during the time my daughter has team practice, and now he can’t do that time. I paid the almost $700, and they will not refund my money or roll it over as a credit for my daughter’s $400 monthly tuition. We are here 6 hours a week and are loyal customers. It would be nice for them to work with us. Additionally, the TVs allowing me to see my daughter’s practice have been broken for 3 weeks now. It is a Safe Sport violation to not be able to see my kid practicing. When I have asked ownership about this, I have not received any information about what the plan is to get this fixed or when they might expect it to be working again. When we have had questions about tuition changes or plans for making up missed classes due to inclement weather and gym damage, nobody has any answers. I feel badly for the coaches because their quality coaching is overshadowed by the difficulty we have in getting information and answers about management issues.

We LOVE ALL the coaches at H-Town so much that we don’t mind driving 45-50 minutes 4 days a week for training. We have several gyms near us but they don’t compare to the quality of training she receives at Htown. My daughter loves that she gets to train with the “big girls” and everyone is so supportive. My only wish is that we had a better opportunity to see the kids during team practice. I love getting videos of her learning things and it’s hard to see them on the video monitor sometimes. Htown is highly recommended for gymnasts of all levels! ❤️

We booked H Town for my son's Birthday at it was a Blast. Staff were amazing, I mean AMAZING. They did EVERYTHING from entertaining, decorating, cutting cake and distributing pizza. Allll the guest were happy. Kids had fun. My son was the happiest little boy. Just want to say thank you 🌷

My 5 year old took gymnastics here for a few months and it was great! Coach Kenny is amazing and patient with the kids. We also had a birthday party here and I would 100 percent recommend it to anyone. The employees were incredible. They handled everything! They were so professional and helpful. Most importantly the kids had a blast. Ignore the negative reviews this place is amazing.

Great Coaches and staff. If you want your child to get the best instruction around come here. My Daughter has excelled tremendously in a very short time thsnks to Coach Michelle and Coach Yuong and Coach Jason.
