2 weeks agoDon't go if you have a cake because they will not let you have it. They don't even serve cake there. They want you to rent a room. We had two small balloons and a cake it was just family. We were all going to play games and do Putt-Putt. Eat pizza just do the normal things there was 15 of us and they said it's policy but it's ok we will go and do something else. All they were offering was a room for 150 dollars for us to supply our pet cake. It is outrageous that a 10 year old can't even enjoy a birthday without some corporate getting some money. I would give it zero stars but it won't let me post without giving it at least 1

5 months agoVisited yesterday. My son won a major prize, which staff refused to give him. It was only after 15 minutes of arguing that they agreed to honour it. All they wanted to offer was money to spend back in the arcade. Not the actual prize he won and was advertised. Apparently because no one could find the manager, they were unable to give him anything other than that. Absolute joke. No more custom from us. Would not return due to the staffs horrific attitude.

7 months agoI'm giving it a 5 star rating due to the wonderful young man who was working Tuesday night. He was very sociable, funny, helpful and caring (he got my 3 year old a stool to use). Went by far out of his way. The experience was very enjoyable for us all.

5 years agoThis is a neat little arcade! I liked their game selection, especially for being a smaller arcade. It was relatively clean and most everything was in working order. For some reason only 1 out of the 3 stations to purchase a game card was working at the time but the attendant helped us. We will definitely come back next time we visit Old Town!!!

a year agoDo not use the Esmeralda machine they have out front. It will eat your dollar. When you ask for help the attendants tell you that is doesn't work. I asked, then why do you prominently display it up front at the entrance? The reply was it works 1 in a thousand times Try again and maybe you'll get lucky. There is a machine in Black Market Minerals that actually works
