6 months agoI went on a week night, so it wasn't crowded. I really enjoyed the sets and the costuming and makeup. One of the little clowns was so cute! Only one actor made me really jump. He was at the end of the last haunted house. The photo op with the electric chair was cool. The bartender at the secret bar was super sweet and made me a non-alcoholic drink after I let it be known that I don't consume alcohol. Overall, I liked the experience.

5 months agoThe Haunted Web is amazing!!!!! It’s become our Halloween tradition to go every year. All of the Haunted Houses are awesome and the actors knocked out of the park. I also love the bar. It’s very cozy and drinks are great!!!

6 months agoI would give this a 4 star review. My husband wants to give it a 2. The haunted house itself was really well put together (we only got through 1) The lines are very deceiving. We waiting for TWO hours and we would have waited another hour if we didn’t go ask for a refund but they refused a refund and walked us up to go into the house instead. The lines are all behind a wall. The outside line, the line to get past the security and metal detectors, the line to get to the tickets, the lines to get into each haunted house. You don’t see the lines until you’re in each new section so it looks smaller than what it is. They had very little staff/security to keep the lines in order because there were so many people skipping and when confronted they would just stare at the staff and not move.

4 months agoGreat Haunted House! The themed haunts in November (Lights Out), December (Krampus), and Valentine's Day are awesome too. Fun place with a hidden Speakeasy. The staff is friendly (well the ones that aren't scaring you 😂🤣). Going through the haunted house takes a good amount of time, do you definitely feel like you got your money's worth. They also have escape rooms, but we didn't participate in those. The escape rooms are 10 minutes long and were sold out already. Definitely a cool place! Check it out!

6 months agoTHIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! WORTH THE PRICE TAG TO DO THE TOUR! GETTING TO SPEND SOME TIME LOOKING AND TOUCHING AND SEEING ALL THE BACK STAGE CHAOS THAT GOES INTO THIS EXCITING ADVENTURE WAS SOMETHING IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE. THE NEW SKELETON KEY LODGE WAS VERY FUN AND SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS WHEN YOU WALK IN AMD SEE THE TALL CEILING WITH THE FEEL THAT YOU ARE IN A SECRET DWELLING IN A MANSION SOMEWHERE, OR SOME VAMPIRE CASTLE. THE DRINKS WERE VERY FUN! THE BARTENDERS WERE SUPER NICE AND IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE A SEAT BETWEEN ESCAPE ROOMS AND HAUNTS! THE ACTORS INSIDE THE HAUNTS DID A GOOD JOB WATCHING FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO GET THE MORE SCARED ONES IN THE GROUP😂👏👏👏 THERE IS SOOOOOO MUCH THAT GOES INTO THIS PLACE! THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE MORE IS MAYBE FOOD STANDS TO BREAK UP YOUR HAUNTS. I COULD ALSO SEE FILLING UP SOME OF THE SPACE WITH ZOMBIE ARCADE GAMES OR A VR EXPERIENCE! SUCH A FUN PLACE! EXPECT TO SPEND A FEW HOURS JUST EXPERIENCING! I 100% ADVISE THE VIP LINE SKIPPING!
