2 weeks agoIt’s a beautiful and well kept park. I rode my bike through here via Coyote Creek Trail. People enjoy this park every week. It has a good playground, lots of open field, picnic tables, restrooms, and a small lake to fish in. No sports equipment, like basketball courts, but you can play frisbee or soccer or set up a volleyball net. They also have an outdoor velodrome. I think this is one of the more relaxing parks in the South Bay.

5 months agoEasy to access everything. Parking was $6 unless you have a pass. (You can get from any library) Park had a LOT of goose droppings which made it difficult for the kids to play on it. Playgrounds were clean though and kept the kiddos occupied the entire time. They really loved the one feature that spins. The sand area with water is genius! Just wish it was warmer so the kids could've enjoyed it. Bathrooms were clean, just not stocked with toilet paper and seat covers. Made it challenging to say the least. But we figured it out and everyone had a great time. OH! and the park has place to hang a pinata which is fantastic! 🎉🎂

6 months agoNice park for a sunset walk. It gets pretty sunny in the morning. Plenty of open grill and picnic bench. It is part of a longer trail. Lot of parking spots. Nice views, can spot ducks and few other birds. Paid entrance & parking. Entrance and exit is through a road leading to highway, sometimes gets a ton traffic.

a year agoIt's a nice place to go for a stroll. It's relaxing seeing the little ducks swimming around and having fun. But you know what's NOT FUN. SEEING all the darn kids feeding them Hot Cheetos. I'm appalled that on busy days, there are no park staff patrolling the area to tell people to stop feeding the animals junk food.

a year agoExcellent excellent park. They have a golf course, 3 dog parks, and other areas spread out as well. Greatly maintained down to the clean bathrooms at the dog runs...rangers are friendly and knowledgeable about the area/park. Fyi Park accepts volunteers to help maintain the park. Just a thought......if you ever have free time :)
