5 years agoWe love this waterpark because it’s close to home. The music is a little annoying for us. We have younger kids and the music is sometimes inappropriate for them. Most of the time the lifeguards are not really paying attention to the kids because they are dancing. But one time we were there and a kid had an issue and the lifeguards seem to have acted pretty quickly. So maybe they are actually paying attention… Who knows? The food at the concession stand is not great it’s your typical overpriced concession stand greasy food. But you can bring your own sandwiches. And you should definitely bring water. In the concession stand they will sell you sunscreen if you have forgotten yours. They also have goggles and stuff like that. Please don’t run! But enjoy yourself it’s a great, fun place!

6 months agoI like it, clean, Guards pretty on top of things , management is solid , concessions are good , seating is good , awesome slides. It's made for kids basically. The deep end has 1 lap available only but......it works. ✌️

6 years agoWe were sad that it didn't get to 95° like we hear the weather was supposed to, but this place has a nicely heated pool with activities for children and adults of all ages. The slides! The splash park (that can be used by the youngins during adult swim)! Great staff and great patrons!

a year agoNote for parents with infants under 30 lbs: they don't allow you to use swim floats here unless it is "Coast Guard approved" and they don't provide any infant floats there (the x-small size is 30+ lbs and up.) The reason I'm giving a one star review is that we visited twice before with our own baby swim float and nobody said anything. We had a great time and it was fine. Then all of a sudden the 3rd time we visit, they ban us from using the same float. If you're going to have policies, be consistent about it. What is worse is after we decided to leave (the sole reason for going to the pool was for our 14 month old baby), they told us that they "can't process refunds" so basically took our money anyway. Best they could do is give 2 free passes for next year. They do not check or ask you before you pay. They'll just take your money and enforce the rules later, sometimes not enforce at all. The staff here is not trustworthy or friendly, they seem half asleep most of the time. Despite their "rules" and "enforcement" I wouldn't trust them to save your child's life.

a year agoOur family has been very happy with our pool membership each summer. They offer a military discount on top of the pre-March 31st citywide discount! My kids are thrilled with all of the areas to play. I am able to watch them easily and there’s an assortment of chairs and loungers. Would love a few more shaded areas. Food is pricey but fine. Only complaint - make sure your staff are in agreement about height for water slide access. Our friends had issues when their young daughter (who had already been down the slides several times and is 48” tall) was suddenly stopped by a lifeguard and told she wasn’t the right height. Mom took a photo of her at the bottom sign, went up to show lifeguard that she was exactly the right height. Still was denied. Head lifeguard (?) said kids had to reach the TOP line at 48”….um…no. The bottom line is 48”, top line is 50”. It wasn’t a great situation and quite annoying.
