The service was impeccable! Jason at the Buckhead location was extremely accommodating. I had a Tarpon 100 and needed help installing all new seat parts. It's pretty tricky assembling all the seat straps and bungee cords if you want to get the backrest to articulate up and down. I talked to Jason and he offered to bring his personal kayak to the store so I could use it as a guide. Looking at his kayak I was able to assemble mine with relative ease. I couldn't be more impressed with the above and beyond service I received. I highly recommend!

Amazing experience! My daughter had a pair of shorts on her Christmas list that I could not find anywhere online except for High Country Outfitters. They were sold out everywhere else. I ordered well in time to get here by December 25th but noticed that after a week, there hadn't been any shipment movement. I reached out to UPS, who informed me that the package was lost and to file a claim. I did so but I was now worried about not receiving this item in time for Christmas. I sent an email to them, to alert them that the package was lost. They were incredibly courteous, shipped out a replacement order right away and I received it within just a couple business days!! I am so grateful for their excellent customer service. Initially, I was a little wary of ordering from them, as I have never heard of this company but I am so glad I did and would definitely do so again! Thank you so much to High Country Outfitters for quickly and professionally resolving a problem that wasn't even their fault!
