6 months agoI had such a blast at the Houston Zoo; let’s just say I will definitely be returning for another visit soon! Going on a Friday morning wasn’t too bad. I got there as soon as they opened up and pretty much walked around for a few hours. This place has so much to see and definitely lots to do. So when you go for a visit you will definitely want to wear your walking shoes! There are also lots of interactive little stations for children. It’s really fun for the whole family! Oh and they have lots of snack stations/concession stand even little food trucks. Where you can get plenty of cold drinks and tasty treats. They even have a dine in area where you can sit down and grab a whole lunch. I had gotten burgers, fries and some tenders. Oh my the food was super fresh and so delicious I was definitely blown away! Oh and they also have plenty of bathrooms around every corner so you’re not having to run around looking for a restroom. Oh and they also have lots of sitting areas around the park; where you can sit for a bit and enjoy the beauty around you.

2 months agoThe new aviaries are open and natural; well done, especially because they are next to the existing Pantanal aviaries.
