Can’t say enough incredible things about this place!!! It’s an absolute jewel in the DFW area!!! We have been there twice and my only regret is that we didn’t know about it earlier!!! The animals are so gentle and beautiful such a cozy farm!! God bless you for opening the doors to our families and children!!! My baby LOVES IT!!! He sat in the corn pit for one hour just hanging out! The goats are so social the turtles are escape artists in the making!!! Last year, I took my grandson here two times and we will be back when it gets a little cooler this fall. This is a great place to take kids. The corn pit and tractor was a big hit for my grandson! The animals are so fun and the people are always nice. Our daughter and family were there Saturday and they had a blast. See you soon!

I cannot speak highly enough of Huddin Homestead Fun Farm - this is truly a hidden gem of a petting zoo and pumpkin patch experience! For $12 a person (under 24 months free), you get access to a huge amount of animals: bunnies, tortoises, camels, goats, cows, donkeys, chickens, and more. Each person gets two cups of feed - one for goats, one for large animals, included with admission. The animals have loads of space, and places where they can escape if they're tired of human interaction - you're seeing the animals when they want to play, not when they're cornered by a group of rowdy children. All of the animals we encountered tended to be friendly and gentle - especially the camel, who was like a giant wet vacuum cleaner, very careful not to hurt little fingers with his (or her?) huge lips. The animals alone would be worth the price of admission, but there's so much more! Pumpkins, loads of pumpkins! The prices are fair, and the selection is incredible. You've got pumpkins as far as you can see, so you can select the perfect one, and take lots of pictures. They had a bounce-house for little ones, and a bigger bounce pumpkin suitable for larger children. Play structures, a seesaw, a giant vat of corn for children to play in... I'm barely scratching the surface here. Huddin Homestead Farm could easily be four or five hours of entertainment - perhaps a full day, if you brought a picnic along. We arrived when they opened (9am) on a weekday, and it wasn't crowded at all. As of this review they're closed on Mondays, so keep that in mind when planning a visit. Overall, this place is absolutely wonderful. Would go again 100%. Highly recommend. Even if you're 45+ minutes away, this is worth the drive!

This is the best local farm I’ve visited in the Rockwall/ Dallas area! I highly recommend it. There are many activities for children including two bounce houses, friendly animals, plenty of beautiful pumpkins to choose from! This place has it all! We got there at 9:30 am for my daughter’s school field trip and didn’t leave until almost 4:00 pm because my children were just having a blast. Thankfully if you don’t prepare a packed lunch they do have a food truck on the weekends.

Amazing place to visit with the kids! I visited last week Huddin Homestead Fun Farm with my little one and honestly we had a great time there! The animals are very well taken care of and the employees are very helpful
