IDEA Lab Kids (Spring Branch)

Amazing program. My kids have never been excited to go to an aftercare program until Idea labs. THe staff was accommodating on short notice and easy to work with. They offer educational activities and physical activity.

Our daughter has been attending Idea Lab Spring Branch for a few weeks now and were beyond satisfied. From day one Mr. Warren and staff welcomed our family with warms arms! We received a thorough tour of the facility upon sign up and he answered all of our questions leaving us feeling reassured that we chose the right camp for our daughter. The level of professionalism and customer service we received has been nothing short of amazing! Our daughter absolutely LOVES this camp! She’s always looking forward to the days ahead. We really like the fact that each week it’s a new learning theme which makes our daughter’s experience even better. All the staff members are polite and very accommodating which we love! I highly recommend Idea Lab Kids Spring Branch! We definitely will be returning next year!

We recently tried their summer camp classes, and they are awesome! Personnel is great, attentive, responsive, and very respectful of the children! My daughter loves their classes. Definitely my go to place for when school is not session. Highly recommend it!

My two boys loved the Summer Camp at Idea Lab Kids. The staff is very friendly and do fun projects with kids. One of my sons had some complaints the first day, but the camp leads (both of them) were on it and made sure by the second day he had a fantastic experience. Now he doesn't want to leave at pickup time. The staff is very responsive to the kids and parents feedback. Also, they work hard to make the camp a fun experience. Thank you, Idea Lab Kids.

I can’t speak for other IDEA Lab Kids locations but the Spring Branch location is AWESOME!!! From day one I dealt with Warren, and he is phenomenal!!! He truly is! Customer service is his forte! In mid April I got a new job so I was scrambling trying to find aftercare that had space which also was affordable and interesting enough for my son. Warren worked with me beyond what I could have expected! My son’s school bus was going to drop him off when no adult was present so he figured schedules out and made sure someone would be there but only Monday through Thursday. That was fine, and I started to figure out a solution safe for my son to wait outside until they arrived. A little later that week, Warren offered up another option, to have them go pick up my son at our school even though they don’t pick up at our school and it would throw off their schedule for picking up kids at the schools they did pick up at. Still, Warren went above and beyond to have my son safe with an adult at all times. I always forget the names of other two gentlemen and lady that work there but they’re also so very polite and great with kids. I seriously can’t say enough about them! They are awesome! My son loves it there and he is begging to go back during the summer and next year.
