9 months agoHave you ever been greeted by kind, energetic, friendly staff, time and time again? Well, IDEA camp and it's counselors have been just that! This year my son was having difficulty adjusting to camp life but Casey came to the rescue! He was attentive to him and found activies my son enjoyed. I am so appreciate of him for going above and beyond and saving the summer. Sean was also very flexible and allowed my son to move to Casey's program. IDEA camp has been amazing! Until next summer!

9 months agoWe can't express enough how grateful we are for this camp local to the Bexley neighborhood. The staff and counselors treat every kid as an individual and takes the time to know who they are, how they communicate, and what their needs are. Our daughter had a fear of swimming and by two months into camp she was putting her face in the water and enjoying time in the water with her fellow campers. We also appreciate the level of communication and safety measures put in place to ensure that the kids are safe while in the care of camp counselors. We absolutely hope that our kiddo can attend the IDEAS Camp again over the next few years.

9 months agoOur son loves camp! He loves the counselors, the activities, the fist bumps, and the dunk tank! We were looking for a change of pace from the school year, that was fun and a little bit outside his comfort zone, and found it at IDEAS camp. The staff and counselors go out of their way to make each week fun and to make sure he is staying involved. They communicate well and really care. A very successful summer experience!

9 months agoThis is my dudes’ 3year at camp (8yo &11yo) and they still love it. The head of camp is amazing: he has such an awesome way about him of guiding kiddos when they make mistakes, is very communicative and easy to get ahold of, and just an all around “good egg”. The counselors and camp guides are very sweet, many of the leads are pursuing degrees in education and childhood development, and they really love helping kids grow and have fun. As parents we love the educational portions of camp as it helps with the summer educational slide. A big reason we originally chose the camp was because there are daily swim lessons, we were having a hard time making it to separate lessons but over a summer at camp they became solid swimmers. All around, cannot say enough good things about this camp❤️

9 months agoWe have tried various camps for a few years now. This is the first camp that both of my kiddos are begging to return to next summer. Great experience, engaging activities, counselors my kids have loved. Friendly, communicative staff. Would give the camp more stars if we could.
