Harrison and Amari well if I had customer service representative that I wanted on my team these are the guys like they not only help me find the right game for me and my sister to have a wonderful time but then got in quickly because they saw the availability. They didn't just let it sit. They're on top of their game. These guys are gyms. We appreciate them very much and so that's why I had to leave this.

This place was AWESOME!!! I bought this as a present for my nephew for Christmas. It did have an expiration date that we weren’t able to make but Cherry worked with us and extended the time. Which was super appreciated ands so incredibly kind! We went and played Batman! We had a BLAST!!!! Highly highly HIGHLY recommended this place!!! Thanks Cherry and immersive gamebox! We will definitely be back!

This location is the absolute best!! First time ever playing and it was an amazing experience! So much fun, you must try. Also the staff is amazing, special shout out to Garrett for being so helpful and kind.

I'm usually an escape room junkie but I'm so glad we choose something different. We had an absolute blast ! I have asthma and thought this would be too much, but honestly, the games are fun and challenging but not overly physical. Our host was a gem and can't wait to visit again.

This was an awesome experience. We had to bring our two year old with us and he loved seeing the interactive wall and even followed us around the room. We played the new Batman game and it was worth every penny. The game was great for a family. We will definitely do this again.
