Inflatable Katy - Katy Party Place

Great place to host a party! We had our sons 4th birthday party here. The kids had a great time.

It was ok until the 6 year old birthday girl got bored with the four inflatables and her 8 guests. I had to join them on the inflatable to help them have a fun time. During the pizza serving we offered to help the host serve the (3) $21 each burnt Papa John’s pizzas but she refused. She then dropped a pizza and a half and just kept apologizing but nothing was really done about it other than we were offered a refund for one of the pizzas. We had already paid a $200 deposit and when we checked out the total was $425. So we needed up paying $625 for a quoted $485 without pizzas. We were rushed out of the room before our end time and couldn’t even make sure we had all of our items. We got three game cards before we left to try out the arcade since the girls were not impressed with the inflatables. None of the games worked and that was another $30 wasted. When we questioned the game cards and said how the pizza was dropped and we weren’t happy, Tamara offered a refund of $51 for the $30 game cards and another $21 pizza but could not do it until the owner returned. She assured me that she would take care of it by Wednesday of that week and if not to call back. Today, was a week from when we had the party. I called and the owner was so RUDE. He said tell me what happened and offered three game cards if we came back. I said no we do not want to come back. And he says he’s the owner and he can do what he wants and he’s not issuing a refund over the phone. Very rude and nasty and matter of fact, taking no ownership for the DISASTER of an experience we had. Other than the private jump time this was a total waste of money. We will never be back nor will we be recommending this place to anyone else. Do NOT book your child’s party here.

This place is truly awful for kids entertainment. The arcade is fully rigged. It will take your money and then the game won’t work. All games are $1.25 or more. Not that I ever expect claw machines to pay out but the claw doesn’t even close until it retracts again. They don’t sell any food and their vending machines are completely empty. Their party packages are a scam. The math isn’t mathing. Parents save yourself the frustration and the money. Don’t go here. Ps. Just tried to go take a video of the claw machine and another little boy (not with my group walked away frustrated saying this is a scam. The claw didn’t close at all.) also they have 18 claw machine games. Clearly a SCAM. This review is only for the arcade and the inflatables but I checked their prices for the other spots (putting, go karts, Ferris wheel) and all seems ridiculous. ($15 for a Ferris wheel ride and it’s SUPER small. I just can’t believe it. The place has been open 18 years and it looks like it hasn’t been updated since. Again, lease spare yourself.

Amazing, amazing. We threw a birthday party here and the manager, Tamara, and our party hosts, Faith & Lindsey were absolutely spectacular! They were attentive, caring, truly incredible. We would highly recommend this venue for birthday parties. The kids had so much fun! The rooms are spacious, pleasant, colorful, and clean. It was an all around stellar, top notch experience. Will spread the word! Thank you, Tamara, Faith & Lindsey!

This place is great for an afteroon of full fun. MY kids were too small to ride on the car track but they still had tons of fun between the inflatables and the arcade. The place is super clean and everyone is very kind and polite. We will definitely come back to play. What I also find very helpful.is that they have cameras on all rooms and a screen at the lobby where you can see it. Very secure.
