5 months agoWe have been several times on day passes and my son really got into climbing after attending one of their summer camps. We just celebrated his 8th birthday at the Matthews location. I highly recommend Inner Peaks Matthews for a birthday party experience. All the kids had a wonderful time and Katie and Jill, our party organizers, were absolutely fantastic. They truly made the whole experience so easy on me and I was able to be really present and enjoy my child's special day (I even got to climb too).

a year agoWe went at the end of the day on a Sunday (trying to squeeze everything we could into my birthday), and everyone was welcoming and helpful despite it being the last hour of business. They were extremely patient and encouraging showing my boys the ropes (no pun intended) to get them oriented. Even as we left, at 2 minutes to close they were chatty and friendly. Good gang over there, and a really fun facility for the whole fam.

5 months agoGreat place to take my kids and have a fun and good climbing experience. The staff are great and make sure that you feel fine with climbing which really assured me. Will for sure go again.

6 months agoIt was okay was a lot of just waiting for an auto spot because they do not have many spots. They should have some type of dress code as well. There's children in there and you have young male adults wearing no shirts with their underwear out and younger female adult wearing shorts that barely cover their bottoms with sports bras on. I understand people should feel comfortable but you can feel comfortable covering yourself too. The only reason I'm complaining about that is because one young ladies top slipped and u seen everything and with the men it was all butt cracks. The staff wasn't helpful either kept getting passed around employees because all of them kept saying they only did parties.

5 years agoTheir new Matthews location is great. It looks like they are still building some new walls so I'm looking forward to that. They have a huge bouldering area. The exercise room is a big improvement over the old Monroe Rd location. It's a great place for the family.
