The WORST place to buy your arcade parts from! An ancient web site that doesn't calculate shipping at checkout? Check! $10 S&H charge? Check! Awful customer service? Check! Overpriced parts!? You betcha! Save yourself some money and aggravation by buying on eBay or one of the big parts suppliers. I know I'll NEVER spend a single dollar on ICE games or parts. There are plenty of quality, made in the USA manufacturers that sell great products and treat their customers the way they themselves want to be treated.

I have been in the Arcade/Entertainm,ent business since 1987 and ICE is one of my goto places for any needs with their games. Always professional and quick responding. I have NEVER been dissapointed with their games or service.

Never coming back here again 6 hours just to load a video games in pallets it’s unheard of maybe it was the wrong day to come in but I’m not taking any chances next time I see the address is for this place I’m canceling the load even food places who are known for taking too long isn’t this bad save yourself a headache and just pass on the load unless if you can get broker to advance you 300 for detention this isn’t worth it 👎🏽👎🏽 and I’m giving them 1 star since 0 isn’t an option🤬🤬

Equipment breaks down often. Poor customer support. Once they hear n come to know, it's a complaint, they disconnect the phone right away and never answer again
