The heart and symbol of Seattle. The International Fountain has a great view with many beautiful architectures, many places to play and explore, suitable for groups of friends and families. The place where beautiful fireworks displays take place, Drone technology with hundreds of aircraft with the best artistic creations, the feeling of being immersed in space with sparkling stars. The streets are bright and crowded, almost all the people gather here to enjoy the artistic light shows.

A nice fountain with beautiful views of the space needle. Very close to the playground. We enjoyed hanging out here.

My personal favorite area of this part of Seattle other than the Space Needle. Constructed for the World's Fair in the 1960s, it represents the fellowship of nations, the coming together of people from different backgrounds into a greater whole, the collective hope for the future in an era of space travel and moon landings, an era where are the future seemed a little brighter. I appreciate how the fountain encourages observers to come closer to it, with the downward sloping ramp with spirals toward the center of the fountain. It encourages people to be closer to it, to share in that beautiful promise of the future coming to us from a bygone age.

A short walk from the Armory and the Space Needle at the Seattle Center, a great place for fresh air, and to sit and relax in the sun. Park benches are found around the fountain, along with the massive seagulls that arent scared of humans 😄 Well maintained and clean, 5 stars🤙

It's worth seeing this big fountain if you are also visiting the Space Needle.
