3 years agoI've been here 3x to watch my lil' kicker sista play ⚽️. I think the overall facility is nice. However the surrounding area has trash and after couple of girls inside eating at a table left the table no one came to sanitize which made me feel like maybe there's no one taking care of the inside. The guy at the front desk was helpful at checking me out with a purchase but when I left the building he didn't say anything like have a nice day, etc. Yes, I take things personally.

3 years agoThis is a very nice indoor soccer place. Great place for kids' soccer classes, and adult games. Seating for spectators. Indoor and outdoor tables.

10 months agoI have been a loyal customer to this company since 2011. I have been playing with this current team for quite some time now and they too have been with the company since 2008. Since the recent change of ownership, things have not been the same (I will leave it at that). I am not certain who handles the game schedules nowadays, but the scheduling has been horrendous to say the least. In the past, staff would request schedule preferences from team managers; that is not the case anymore. I understand prioritizing youth league during winter time, but during summer time as well is unfair to the customers who have made this company successful throughout the years. I have never been apart of a team who has had a whole season schedule of all games being at 9:30pm and/or 10:30pm. EVERY. SINGLE. GAME. Tonight we have a game at 9:30pm and another game at 10:30pm back to back on a Friday night. What a slap to our faces, literally. Again, we have never had another week's game taken from us and added to the same week, let alone the same night. Many have early morning jobs and outside lives to attend to in lieu of playing soccer at 11pm weeknights. I really hope management improves soon, because this scheduling is a disaster. I would really hate to transfer to Kraemer Fields and their set scheduling.

a year agoThis is a great place. The coaches for my granddaughters lil kickers team are fantastic! The seating is close to where they play, which makes watching them a greater experience. The staff is very friendly.

a year agoI have been playing there consecutively since around 2013 . I have played in multiple divisions such as Women B, C, and D and Coed C & D. Two of my kids participated in the little kickers program when they were around 1.5yo. Pros: The facility is nice and clean for the most part. They recently added lights all over the parking lot spaces all around the building, which I can’t tell you enough how great that is for everyone’s personal safety. That tells me that the new management cares about their customers. When a player gets hurt or injured the staff really try to help and there’s always other players willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are okay. The refs are no longer biased. If they make a mistake is genuine and I’m okay with that. No ref is perfect plus it’s really hard to find refs so I appreciate the ones that make our games happen. The rules are enforced for the most part and they really protect the minors. The mobile App allows you to sign up your teams if you are a Rep and you can make payments and have easy access to your schedule. It’s a kids and pets friendly complex. You can take them and play your game while they play around the warm up area. They are flexible and work with teams if rescheduling is needed. They never have issues getting the correct scores even if the time keeper sometimes doesn’t immediately records it (the time keeper is also dealing with other things and it’s not a big deal). If games get violent they stop the games to protect everyone. The little kickers program is fun for the infants but I can’t speak on the other groups were the older kids participate. Cons They used to start the clock when the opponent wasn’t ready and affect the team who was there on time but that’s gotten better. The restrooms need attention in a lot of ways. Sometimes people play while intoxicated and the staff don’t really notice (I think this has gotten better but it’s still an issue). The refs don’t get paid enough compared to other places. They need to work on making sure that players from the B divisions don’t play in D divisions. They are a bit understaffed. Overall the new management cares more about their customers more than the former owner ever did and they constantly try to improve their service.
