2 months agoWe had the best time here! Our tour guide Garren was very knowledgeable, kind, and made the experience really fun! My family and I went on a nice weekday and I highly recommend buying tickets in advanced or at least planning your trip because it is a guided tour and they only go at specific times. We had a very small group with just another mom and her son. It was a wonderful day! Got up and close with the animals, pet a bunch and held some snakes! Lots of variety! All the animals were happy and well looked after! We spent about 2 and a half hours here. At the end there is a playground for the kids. Will definitely come back another time :)

a month agoGreat experience for all ages, many different animals to interact with on the guided tours. Each time we've been they've added new animals to the collection. Recommend you purchase tickets ahead of time as guided tours start at specific times and walk in service is not generally available. Private animal interactions are also available which are fantastic. Availability does vary depending on the animals health and mood on a given day, so if you have a particular animal you want to do a private event with, contact the staff ahead of time. We did a private interaction with their Coati named Ralphie and it was great! He's super friendly and the staff made it a very fun and safe experience. Expect to spend approx 90 minutes on the guided portion and then you are free to roam.

4 months agoSuch a great experience! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave time for everyone to explore, get pictures, and get the full experience with the animals (my daughter was even able to feed a baby kangaroo) for the duration of the tour (1 1/2 hrs). We added the Capybara meet up, and that was definitely worth it.

2 months agoI took my nanny here as part of her 84th birthday and she (and I) loved it!! Our guide, Shea, was awesome and really knowledgeable about all the animals. She was very clear about what we can expect when approaching the animals inside the enclosures and when feeding them. I had no idea It's A Zoo Life would be that much fun!!! 10/10! Nanny has been telling everyone she talks to about it and is very excited to show them pictures 😊

2 months agoWe surprised our daughter for her 13th birthday with a personal encounter with a real Capybara at It’s A Zoo Life. She called it her “best day ever” and loved her interaction with Henry. The experience was excellent and will be always remembered! We worked with Shea and she was knowledgeable and an excellent guide making the experience very special. We highly recommend! They focus on exotic wildlife and had lots of animals to enjoy!
