a week agoWe were pleased to find the water park had heated water (ideal for our spring weather). Our kids ages 5, 3, and 1 had a good time and lasted about 4 hours. The hours of the water park portion were not clear online and actually deferred when we arrived due to an event so I'd recommend calling ahead for hours specific to the day you're planning. Life vests are available there. It wasn't too crowded when we first arrived but did get more crowded as it got later in the afternoon. We were only disappointed to learn we had to pay additional for parking.

a month agoSuper great super small. A lot of social media people taking pictures. That’s -100 in my thought. Not what I want be around with my kids. My kids and I had great time with our resort day pass. The website states they have no life guards and they did. Very young ones. Tell me why a family rented a cabana. Started just to take pictures of their set up and their damn 1-2 year old baby just walked up to the pool almost near fell in. I kept saying baby baby. The grandma of the group looks at me crazy like I’m a narc or something else. Water deaths in children are extremely quick and quiet. They help baby back to the cabana and still everyone who comes is taking pictures. No one is paying attention to the baby. The baby again tries to get in the pool. One of the males eventually grabs her and with one arm held dunks her over and over again in the pool. Scare the baby so she won’t go in? She’s proper scared yet like a child wants to be part of the fun. Get it but don’t get it. She’s a baby. When that was happening life guard just got out her chair to observe. No other staff talked to them. No body said that wasn’t okay. I had to up and leave that situation with my own kids to another area and we just left.

9 months agoDid the ResortPass to check this place out and it is beautiful! The service was wonderful and the place is super nice and clean. We had a blast floating the river swimming, me drinking, eating and relaxing all day long. I definitely recommend trying this place out. We will be back.

6 months agoThis is a decent waterpark at the Hilton Anatole. It has a couple pools, hot tub, and a nice swim-up bar. Lots of seating around the perimeter of the pool deck. It’s a quick walk from the rear doors of the hotel too. I can see kids really enjoying there selves here.

a year agoWhat a great place. We visited here for a mini vacation close to home. Several swimming areas to choose from based on age groups. Temperature was well over 100, so concrete was hot, getting to and from the water. They have a lot of snack shops to each lunch or just snack while you swim. Tubes are provided for going down the lazy river. Swim up bar in the "adult" pool. Water park was included in our hotel package. Lots of trash, but appeared to be people not picking up after themselves. Need a few more trash cans or hire more people to keep pool edges and snack bar area cleaned. Fun place, we will definitelygo back.
