In terms of professionalism they get 5 stars as they were easy to contact, showed up on time, etc, but the product itself is lacking. For 400$ we got a very small amount of things. Tiny ball pit with barely enough balls to have 1 layer of balls in the pit, cheap slide, and a couple foam half circle shaped peices. Id imagine all this stuff combined costs about 100$ at walmart. The pics on the website are misleading. I would say before you pay, ask for an actual mock up of what they are going to actually bring the day of. If you're satisfied then continue on and pay and enjoy your kids party. But don't go by the pics you see on the website as they are much more done up and very inaccurate towards what actually shows up the day of. I attached a video of what we actually got for 400$. Compare that to whats on the website. Do your own research.

Tamika and JamKids provide a great party for kids. I was really impressed with the professional communication and efficient process to book a party. Tamika is an artist and it shows through the attention that she pays to the presentation for the event. I would highly recommend this business and hope that she expands her offerings in the future as my kids grow up.

Wow! Jamkids was a fantastic way to organize an amazing party for my 2 year old daughter. The owner delivered all of the Softplay equiepment to my backyard and set it up and helped with keeping the kids safe and happy the whole time. I would hightly recommend this company for your next todler party!!!

Tamika was great! She got us in last minute and made the entire process super simple. The soft play was a hit, the kids loved it.

I hosted a New Years celebration in my neighborhood. I rented the deluxe package which had everything! The kids loved it! Plus I really didn't have to do much planning, which is a plus!
