Jam Time Norwood

As a first-time customer planning my daughter’s 2nd birthday party, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect when booking with Jam Time in Norwood—but I’m so glad I did! With a very active toddler and a big crew of cousins, my top priorities were fun, safety, cleanliness, and ease, and Jam Time delivered on all fronts. From the start, their website made it easy to explore party package options, pricing, and check the birthday calendar. It was user-friendly and informative. We chose the Premiere Package for a Saturday party from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The entire booking and payment process was seamless, and the email communication with staff was timely and detailed. The party itself exceeded all my expectations. We arrived just five minutes early, and the staff had already handled every detail of the setup—including a fully decorated Sesame Street and Elmo-themed party room that was bright and festive. All I had to bring was the cake and any snacks and drinks for my guests—everything else was taken care of. We had thirteen children in attendance, ranging in age from 1 to 7, and every single one of them had a blast. My three-year-old nephew even told me it was the “best party he’s ever been to”—high praise from a little one! A fully private party meant our group had exclusive access to the play space, so the kids could explore freely while the adults watched the kids play and enjoyed each other's company. The party package included goodie bags for each child which were a wonderful touch. They were on-theme, fun for the kids, and something I did not have to organize myself. Clean-up was stress-free, and the staff went above and beyond by packing up all the leftover food and birthday gifts for us to take home. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we will absolutely be back!

We had our twin two-year old birthday party at this location. It was perfect. The staff was helpful and kind. They handle just about everything. There is plenty for kids to do and places for parents to sit. Very clean facility. I recommend it. Shout out to Ari, Jaydyn and Darrell. They were amazing!

Great time here. It’s one big room with many toys and climbing structures. The place gets pretty messy because the kids just run around, but the staff will put everything back where it belongs intermittently. The place has an eating area, 2 bathrooms that have toddler seats inside (love this) and you can buy snacks and treats for the kids. You have to take off your shoes which is a plus for me. All the toys work, even the battery powered ones. There are several over sized sofas where parents can sit and get a break while the children run around. Great place to go when it’s raining. They have different locations but I’ve only been to this one. I’m a little torn at posting this because I don’t want it to become popular but I also don’t want it to shut down. A gem of a place.

We had our daughter's 2nd birthday at Jam Time in Norwood and it was a memorable time. Her and her friends all had so much fun. The play area is a large one room which is nice so that parents can keep an eye on their kids as well as socialize. There were many fun toys and playground. The staff were super friendly and they would set up/clean up the party which alleviates a lot of stress as working parents. Great communication too. We also had a special guest Elmo visiting which was the highlight of the party. Thank Jam Time Norwood! :)

I took my one-year-old to this play area during school vacation, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The place was overcrowded, chaotic, and completely unkempt, with toys scattered everywhere and no sign of cleanliness. The small bouncy house was overrun by older kids, making it unsafe for younger ones, and the rest of the play equipment was left in disarray. The only employee on duty was solely focused on checking people in, with zero interaction or effort to tidy up the space. Not once did she attempt to pick up toys or maintain any order. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a horrible vomit-like smell, adding to the overall unpleasantness. Spending $15 for an hour in such an unsanitary and poorly managed environment was a complete waste. I regret going and won’t be returning.
