• • Health & Safety: Health and safety of campers is of utmost importance.
• • Immunization Record: Parent (or legal guardian) must provide a current immunization record appropriate for the child’s age.
• • Health Form: Parent (or legal guardian) must provide a health form signed by the child’s physician or health department representative prior to the first day of the program.
• • Immunization Exemption: If a child’s physical condition prevents them from receiving one or more required immunizations, the examining physician must endorse that fact upon the health examination form. JCC Chicago reserves the right to follow-up and determine whether an exemption will be granted.
• • Medical Information: JCC maintains participant medical information and treatment authorization forms on file. Medical examination must be updated yearly (valid for 12 months).
• • Medical Insurance: JCC does not provide medical insurance coverage for accidents or injuries during activities.
• • Confidentiality: Privacy of participants is respected and confidentiality is maintained.
• • Emergency Injury Notification: In case of serious injury, immediate notification to parents/guardians, or emergency contacts if unavailable.
• • Emergency Closure Policy: Updates for emergency closures (weather/unforeseen) available on apachi.org and jccchicago.org. No refunds for weather-related or other closings out of JCC's control.
• • Code of Conduct: Enrollment may be cancelled without refund for not observing rules outlined in code of honor, website, parent orientation, program guide, or parent handbook.
• • Accreditation: Apachi Day Camp has received American Camp Association Accreditation.

📅Booking Policy

• • Payment Methods: JCC Chicago accepts cash, checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and electronic bank draft.
• • Registration: Registrations are not complete until program fees or deposits are made.
• • Outstanding Balances: Accounts are reviewed for outstanding balances before processing registration; registration cannot proceed until past-due balances are reconciled.
• • Final Payment Deadline: All camp fees must be paid in full by April 15, 2026.
• • Deposit: A $500 deposit is due for each session at the time of registration.
• • Fee Assistance Deposit: Families applying for fee assistance provide a $150 deposit at the time of registration.
• • Payment Plans: All payment plans require an automatic scheduled payment by credit card or bank draft. Balances can be paid by any form prior to scheduled payment date.
