8 months agoMy daughter loved the first week of her first summer break at Jen’s camp. She spent the whole day exploring lots of things, came back covered with dirt and sweat which I loved. She didn’t even go for the water slides 4 of 5 days since I guess there were many other things she can enjoy. Counselors are well trained for the emergency (my daughter has Epipen) so I had peace in my mind. Thank you so much Jen for a wonderful start of summer.

a year agoJen and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They clearly love what they do and make every single child feel welcome and seen. Their activity range is huge! My daughter went when she was 5 and was very shy- a year later and she still talks about the camp and how wonderful it was. I can't recommend Jen's Camp highly enough!

7 months agoThis is the best Summer Camp on the North Side of Chicago! The ONLY camp I know of that has hours for working parents (7:30am-6pm). Wonderful meals are INCLUDED (don’t have to pack a lunch like many other camps of same price): a choice of pasta, pizza, salads or sandwiches each day from Sarpino’s! Tons of water play: inflatable water slides into a little pool and multiple sprinklers on these hot days. Best staff: fun, intelligent and experienced. Love Jen’s Camp!

2 years agoOur kids attend Alcott and we decided to try Jen’s camp. It was a great decision. Jen runs the camp with a very personal touch and her staff is warm and engaging. Our kids had so much fun - they didn’t want to leave when we came to pick them up! We were concerned our youngest (4) would be overwhelmed, but he had so much fun. And they make it SO EASY on parents - flexible hours, days, snacks, lunch, new activities each day, a new theme each week. Our oldest has an allergy and knowing that Jen has personal experience with it made me feel so comfortable leaving him in her care. We look forward to sending them to Jen’s camp again and highly recommend it to other families!
