a month agoI WOULD NOT recommend ESPECIALLY for a BIRTHDAY PARTY! If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is very unprofessional and argumentative and be dead wrong. Admission is high when most of the play equipment don’t work & not enough time for a party. I attended a birthday party that was booked from 5-6:30pm. I did arrive after 5 closer to 6pm. The staff informed me of the waivers and told me that I would need to pay $25 per child, I had 5 kids with me & proceeded to pay. When 6:30 came of course the party ended so we had to exit the party room, when we began to let our children play we were demanded that we had to leave the building, that was empty, & they weren’t closed. I asked a staff do I still need to leave since I just paid $100+ and my kids did not get to use the playtime area. She stated since the party ended I will need to leave with the party or pay an additional $12.50 per child to continue playing….. My issue here is the staff knew what time I came in gave me a sticker with the party time but did not once inform that I would need to leave with the party at 6:30 or that I would probably want to purchase regular admission so they could have more time play, at least giving me the option UPFRONT to purchase regular admission or choose not to attend the party since they were going to kick them out of the building at 6:30. Which SHOULD have been mentioned. Most establishments will tell you to leave the party room but the kids can still play until whenever. I proceeded to tell the staff that they should have mentioned the up-charge for more time before they just took my money and not letting us know that everyone would be put out the building after their hour. The staff member began arguing back and forth with me about how everyone needs to arrive on time for the party because everyone would have to leave when the party ended which was NOT explained AT ALL TO THEM or TO ME WHEN I GOT THERE. I continued to tell her my arrival and the upcharge wouldn’t have been an issue if it was told to me when I arrived in the first place knowing my children wouldn’t have time to play. For the price of only 1 hour to host a party, no working equipment to play on, rude staff, & the LACK of communication from the staff to the customers that purchased their party package and the customers who attended, $40 per child is NOT WORTH IT AND AGAIN MOST OF THE EQUIPMENT DID NOT WORK SO WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR?? You are better off going to Urban air or another establishment that will not put you out, has working equipment, and you will get your moneys worth. I wasted $100+ and my kids didn’t even get to play and they left sad because of it and no I was not about to spend an additional $12.50 per child to an establishment who couldn’t even give me the heads up on how they operate, literally no signs that explains it 3 staff members there and no one thought it was smart to upsell and explain an upcharge for more time or their policy about leaving when the party ends even if you just spent $100+ 30mins ago then was rude about it like they didn’t just take my money. This place won’t be in business long. Its too high for the kiddy equipment they have that doesn’t work & with no time to enjoy an actual party. I see why it was EMPTY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

a month agoNot a lot to do I would not recommend for kids 3 and up, 45 dollars for 60 mins a complete rip off and they say a meal comes wit it but won’t tell you that it’s only between 3-5p, place was empty and there set prices are extremely high for it not to be much to do and if you don’t believe me just go see for yourself before you purchase anything.

3 months agoWe celebrated our son's first birthday last year here and had a great time. We brought him for a second birthday and it was very underwhelming none of the TVs were on.. some stuff didn't even work. Screws were falling out of equipment, dead bugs on the floor... the kitchen was closed for repairs but we weren't allowed to bring food in so how are we supposed to have a party.. we just left after the first hour.. I was also stabbed with a happy birthday pin in the ball pit and when I brought it up to the front desk no one seemed to care that the sharp needle was in the ball pit with kids.

6 months agoVery unprofessional, rude staff. There’s a cut off time for the concession stand one hour prior to closing. I ordered food before the cut off time and still had to wait and have the time of my food ticket verified before they prepared my food. The prices online does not match the prices in person. A lot of the activities were not working. Just a ghetto mess over all. We were pushed out of the door on a Wednesday. As soon as we were done singing happy birthday, they were asking us to leave.

a month agoThis place is diamond in the rough. It’s in the cut but If u know u know. The staff is so helpful and friendly, the music is kid friendly. It’s a concession stand that has several items to pick from. A business where even the owner puts in work and goes above and beyond to make sure that you and your family enjoy themselves and want to come back. My kids have an amazing time every time they go and it’s a new experience each time and I love that. Definitely recommend you go 10/10 in my book
