I needed a kids jersey asap and I called they were very happy to help and held one for me til I got there. The workers were very nice and I’m glad I went to them to buy it they were very helpful!

I went into this location searching for an item that they explain to me they had at their other location. They told me it would take them a day to get it over to this location and asked if I wanted to pay for it in advance. Which I found odd but happily agreed to considering I very much one of the item. They told me they would call me the next day when the item was in the store for me to pick up which I said great. I patiently waited for over two weeks calling every other day or so and making sure that they had my phone number just in case the item came in, even offering to go across town and pick up the item myself considering our city is not that large that I would be that inconvenienced. After two weeks of them not coming up with the item not ordering the item and not offering any other option I asked to be refunded my money. At that point I was told that I could have store credit but on ordered items no refund was possible. Before we let it get out of hand any further I clearly explain to them that their conversation was falling on deaf ears and the sooner they refunded my money the sooner this conversation would be over. Unfortunately Fresno was a small-town so we've had to go in there in search of if you Bulldog items for the Fresno State Games. This experience has been less than satisfactory as well. So as far as JR Sports is concerned if I could give them lower than a one-star I would. Save your money and go with Amazon they will deliver what you ordered on time and if they can't deliver it will clearly explain that to you in a timely manner so as your time is not wasted. Prices are pretty much at the industry standard, but the staff is really helpful. In fact I just observed a sales associate go above and beyond, to locate something for a couple who needed an item before they left for a trip the next day. She had called their other location, and once it was found the associate called and informed the couple that a store was holding it for them. There aren't many places that even offer to call another store, let alone call a customer to inform them that they had found the requested item.

Great selection of your favorite teams apparel, Jerseys, and collectibles. The customer service was excellent. They had no problem getting out from behind the cashier and helping you look for your item and size. They didn’t have my size but were very quick to put one on hold for me at their other location.
