My kids loved this place, my only complaint is how easy the gate is to open and kids could run out if they wanted. My husband and I were watching our kids constantly. I noticed several parents drinking coffee and looking at their phones. I would be concerned about kids running out.

This place is amazing for toddlers AND their parents. Finally, a place that's big enough to keep my kids entertained, but small enough that I can sit (on a comfy couch) and see them the entire time! We will definitely be coming back!

4 year old daughter walked through a puddle of piss on the big “non-inflatable” structure. Kids dad doing god knows what on his phone. I walk up to the main counter to get new, clean socks for my daughter. I tell the young woman working, some older guy who dresses like a kid was sitting behind her on the computer. I say “I need to buy a pair of socks, my daughter just walked through another kids pee”. The staff reply “okay if you’re paying with card you need to get something else because the minimum purchase is $2 and the socks are $1”. Not a word about the puddle of piss from either the guy at the computer or the young employee. So I get a bag of Doritos as well. I proceed to help my daughter change and go back into the play area, and I need to direct her to avoid the still present puddle of piss. The young employee comes out to tell me that I need to get the unopened bag of Doritos out of the play area. My reaction is, you care about this unopened bag of chips that I had to buy just to get my daughter clean socks, but not the piss 10 kids are running through? I honestly didn’t even realize I was holding the unopened bag of chips that I had to buy because I was focused on the situation at hand. She did come and clean it but it was way, way too late. The guy, behind the counter probably should’ve stepped in, the girl employee is young but he’s old enough to know better. If you like your kids walking through disgusting toys, this is your spot. 3/25/25 update: in response to the owner implying that I did not mention the puddle of piss, perhaps your staff could use a hearing evaluation. I 100% stated that I needed new socks because my kid ran through a puddle of piss, I have absolutely no reason to lie about this. It’s certainly not my fault your staff chose not to clarify if they didn’t hear me, because they certainly heard the second part of my sentence saying that we needed the socks. Why aren’t there staff on the play floor watching at all time anyways? This is something that parents should not have to report, full stop. Take accountability owner. PS the tops of your toys are also all caked in dust, how long could that possibly take to clean?

Kiddo loved attending a birthday party here, there were many different bounce houses, as well as a climbing area, basketball hoops, etc. Kids got to jump for an hour before having their own large room to open gifts, & have cake and pizza. The couches in the jumping area for parents are comfortable & there are cafe drinks available, too. The one entrance/exit & baby gate were also great anxiety reducers for safety concerns.

It was a cool, rainy day. I wanted to take my granddaughter somewhere to expend her energy. Jump for Joy was perfect. Jump for Joy caters to kids under 10, so I didn't need to worry too much. She had so much fun that we stayed for an extra hour.
