2 months agoNice experience for kids but the place itself is old and not well maintained. The staff are not engaged in the activities, you would only see them when you pay to get in and when they move your trolley if you have a birthday in there. Little kids will have fun but parents would be just fine to watch them.

a year agoI treated myLittle ones while in break to, Jump On In/ today, time slot 2-4pm. We arrived early between 12-1 ish, the staff Ms Debbie was very pleasant and helpful it was A true charm meeting her! We traveled nearly 2 hours from Dorchester, by MBTA. Ms Debbie was so nice to us, she admitted us in a few moments early and treated us so we could visit again in the future.. I am overjoyed and the kids are as well, the travel was tough but worth it! Thanks again Jump On In, Ms. Debbie is awesome 😎

2 years agoAll this place is, is a cash cow. As a host and parent I did not appreciate the constant feeling of being rushed. $500 the function room was dirty! The walls were filthy. They didn’t even bother taking the tape off from previous parties. The birthday chair was filthy it looked like it had never been washed down properly if, at all. The kids are also NOT allowed to go back into the bouncy s. 30 mins is all we got in the function room. That’s 30 mins to bring the kids in calm the kids down sit eat and sing happy birthday that’s ridiculous!!! As a working adult a 30 min lunch break isn’t nearly enough for oneself. There’s no time to settle in. This is NOT a great place to enjoy a birthday. Maybe good for a small gathering but not made for a birthday celebration.

2 years agoI would give this 4.5 star. Come with a group of kids then lots more fun. With 1 or 2 kids, they wilk run out activities in 30 mins. Not sure why even this bigger than some other places.

a year agoHad a birthday party for a 5 year old with 25 kids and 25 adults in April 2024. The space is great the kids had an absolute blast. All the different activities and obstacles were really fun! The party room worked well. Coordination and communication was very smooth. Pricing was very reasonable. Only minor complaint was parking was tight. There were a lot of other events going on around us so probably as bad as it gets and we still got a spot. Would highly recommend for an active birthday party!
