Worst birthday party ever that I had for my son. My son requested glow party so I called around and found this place. I spoke to the party manager and she told me that I could book the party and would have the glow experience. Supposedly it was to be put in my party plan notes after I paid the deposit. I booked this Place bc of the lights out and potential for glow experience at my 9 yr olds request. I spent money on glow in the dark toys for my kids party only to be told that I can’t get light out. (Lights don’t go out til after 9 oh and an additional $30 charge if we did that bc our time would be up)I then explained to the manager what was told to me. He didn’t care. To make a long story short I had to pay an extra $15 for lights out even though that was not what was sold to me. My hostess had a bad attitude and I don’t even know her name. I had a soda put in my section and was charged for it…. just a mess. My pizza order came out wrong…manager told me about but wanted me to wait another hour for the pizza ( keep in mind we had to be out by 9 or charged $30 additional dollars). I wouldn’t recommend Jumping World to an enemy. Look at my ratings in the past I never leave bad reviews bc I know stuff happens but the lack of care from the staff and the party hosts attitude was not acceptable. They even had my son’s name spelled wrong and my 9 yr old had to call them out. They should be ashamed

My daughter had the best birthday here!! Her dad made a big mistake while booking her party, and the day of we freaked out. Times got mixed up due to miscommunication, but the GM made it right & moved the party time last minute for us! She saved my daughter’s party! Great staff! Decent prices! Will definitely book a party here again!!!

Great place to have a birthday or take the kids. We did all the extra attractions. One concern is safety on the little go carts. The employees need to be trained better to make sure kids' feet stay in the car and their seat belts are on before they start the race. They didn't seem to care one way or the other about the safety aspects. It was a fun place to visit! Kids really enjoyed themselves. Hope this review helps to bring awareness to safety for your company.

From start to finish this place was great! I got the 20 jumper birthday package and the staff was extremely helpful and very hands on. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time, highly recommend!

I’m in town visiting family and needed to entertain my 9yo daughter and 5yo nephew on a cold rainy day in Dallas. We chose this place. It was fine, not great. Hamster wheel was not functional. Bull was not functional. The go karts for older kids weren’t available. So it was a trampoline park and arcade. It is what it is. It was fine. My 9yo was mildly entertained. My nephew had a great time. Was it worth the $35 entry and $50 game card? Debatable. Will I return? Probably not. Was it what I expected? Yes I suppose.
