2 months ago$400 for a birthday party for 12 kids. That would have been fine, but the "host" had an attitude about us coming in a little early to set up, talking crap under her breath. She had the worst attitude. I had to go over to the counter multiple times, where she was laying her head down on it, chatting to the people behind it, to ask her for our passes to the activities, as well as the game cards. It was extremely hot in the facility. They tried to charge me for drinks that they forgot to give us. One of the machines ran out of digital tickets, so my daughter only got one ticket out of fifteen. Don't know how that's possible. It was honestly a terrible experience for a very expensive birthday party. I'd put zero stars if I could. I would never recommend this place to anybody. We will be taking my daughter out for a follow up outing to make up for this event.

2 years agoMy kids enjoy coming and jumping around. There's usually a big crowd since it's very popular. The arcade games are not tu bad;some are out of service but most were fun for my kids .

6 months agoWe went there with my daughter recently to spent a couple of hours. While the venue offered a variety of games, I found that they seemed to be primarily designed with a focus on gambling elements, which is not be appropriate for kids. The overall experience did not meet my expectations for a family-friendly environment. Avoid this place for the sake of your kids.

3 years agoNice place. The kids loved the trampolines! Had a lot of fun jumping around. Now for the drawbacks... Most of the arcade games either never worked or just ate up money. (But the hosts refunded the charges if you went back to counter and complained.) It was too crowded. Some of party kids didn't feel right to be there in such a crowded indoor space! Since we had already paid for our birthday party, we didn't have another option! They should really pay attention to safety and crowd control.

2 years agoDisgusting & run down. Trash everywhere, half of the attractions and games are out of service. Employees dont enforce any safety rules at all. I came to jump with my kiddo but he couldnt do anything because i had to stop him from running over the little littles who were on the side for older kids and my kid also go knocked over from older kids jumping across lanes instead of running up and down them. $70 to bounce plus a $20 game card and all of the games were broken. What a joke.
