• • No outside food/drinks allowed in general facility, except party food/drinks (which must stay in the party room ONLY) and baby bottles/foods.
• • Party guests may bring their own Fruit Platter, Cakes, and Decorations free of charge.
• • Pizzas and Drinks are available at an additional cost and are NOT included in party packages.
• • Outside food/drinks for parties are allowed with an additional fee (amount not specified).
• • No alcohol or food with strong smell allowed.
• • Party food cannot be reheated or cooked in the party room.
• • Party food/drinks must be ordered through the facility at least 3 days prior to your event.
• • Cancellations or changes to party food/drinks must be given in writing at least 2 days prior to your event.

🛡️Safety Policy

• • Play structure and equipment are designed for CHILDREN Only.
• • Adults should NOT play on play structure/equipment and can ONLY go up to the 2nd level when accompanying a toddler who is 3 years or younger.
• • Children should be supervised by their parents/legal guardians at all times.
• • Rough play is not allowed; facility reserves the right to stop involved kids from playing.
• • Everyone must wear CLEAN SOCKS in the play area.
• • Children who are not yet 100% potty-trained MUST wear a diaper.
• • A waiver form must be read, filled out, and signed by everyone, including non-participating adults. Parent/legal guardian must sign for each playing child.
• • Children may NOT be dropped off; must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or legal guardians during their stay.
• • Only kids 12 and under are allowed to play. Guests older than 12 will be counted as an adult and will not be allowed to play.
• • No strollers allowed inside the facility.
• • No steamer, piñatas, glitters, silly strings, or confetti.
• • Balloons cannot be popped inside the facility and left behind.
• • Customers are required to be respectful and considerate to others.

📅Booking Policy

• • Walk-in parties are NOT permitted.
• • Birthday celebrations are NOT allowed in the general sitting area.
• • For party booking verification, bring a valid ID and the Credit Card used for your online deposit payment.
• • Balance (including a refundable Security Deposit) due at party check-in time. Any additional add-ons will be charged at the end of your party.
• • Each party includes 2 hours of facility stay.
• • Party room is guaranteed for the last 1.5 hours during your stay (but may be available sooner).
• • Early setup before your allotted party room time is normally NOT available; check with party coordinator.
• • Party Package CAN NOT be downgraded on the date of your party; a 10-day prior written notice MUST be given.
• • Arrive on time; no refunds or extended party end times for late arrivals.
• • Guests can check in no earlier than 10 minutes before party time.
• • The balance must be paid in full before anyone from your party can come in and play.
• • Everyone must remove their shoes and wear CLEAN socks when entering the play area. No one is allowed to keep their shoes on inside the party room ($50 additional charge for violation).
• • All outside entertainment needs to be approved by management.
• • Only Painter's Tape is allowed on walls and furniture for decorations (no double-sided tapes, Duck Tapes, Thumb Tags, or anything that would damage walls or fixtures).
• • All party decorations and tapes/strings must be removed. All rearranged furniture needs to be returned to its original places.
• • Party favors should be given out at the end of your party room time.
• • Extra time after your party is usually NOT available on the date of your party; check availabilities and pricing with the party coordinator prior to your event.
• • Security Deposit is fully refundable if: no extra Cleanup (takes more than 20 minutes), no additional Trash (more than a 33-gallon trash bag), and you/your guests exit the facility on time. Otherwise, charges apply.
• • Adults without a paying child are not allowed to enter the facility.

• • Facility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if their action violates policies.
