The membership price is worthwhile, especially if you visit more than once a month. However, I’m giving it three stars due to the maintenance of the equipment and play areas. Over the past six months, the quality of the equipment has noticeably declined. Torn or broken items are not replaced in a timely manner, and some have remained damaged for extended periods, particularly in the ball area. Instead of being properly repaired or removed, broken electronic equipment is simply taped over. While I understand that kids still enjoy what is functional, as a parent, it’s frustrating to see a growing number of broken items that remain unfixed. It makes me hesitant to continue spending money here. Additionally, the flooring in the play area poses a constant tripping hazard for both children and adults. The arcade is not worth the money. Games are always broken and at most only 50% of them are working during each visit.

We just celebrated my sons birthday here. Reserving online was easy but I wish they would send a birthday invitation with a link to the waiver that I can send out to party guests. They called me the week of the party and gave me important info and told me what to expect. They let me bring in table decor the day before and had it all set up for us when we arrived. We were able to bring fruit and veggie trays. I chose jungle jam over another trampoline place because Jungle Jam maintains their facility well, it’s clean, and their staff are kind and welcoming! We did the 15 kid birthday package. The kids had a blast and it’s definitely a birthday party to remember. Our party was on a Sunday at 11 am, many of our birthday guests couldn’t check in until the birthday child was checked in, but we were waiting in a separate line which was taking a bit longer then the other line. I feel that the check in process could have been smoother. I would definitely recommend Jungle Jam to others to host your kiddos birthday party. The birthday boys were 3 and 9. Each absolutely LOVED it!

Our family had a fun time engaging with the activities provided. The play area offers a lot for children to enjoy. However, I did observe that it can become quite chaotic and potentially unsafe for smaller children when larger children are running through unsupervised. Close supervision is definitely recommended. My primary concern was the lack of adherence to basic hygiene practices. I politely asked a woman to remove her shoes to help keep the play area clean, as my baby, who is crawling and putting toys in her mouth, was at risk of exposure to contaminants. Her response was dismissive and rude. I understand that parents are busy, but maintaining a clean environment is crucial for the health and safety of young children. I hope management will address this issue by implementing and enforcing a clear 'no shoes' policy. While we enjoyed the activities, the hygiene and supervision concerns detracted from the overall experience."

We celebrated my niece birthday last Sunday & turns out to be a disappointing time for us. We often take my toddler here as well to have fun. Staffs that are probably high school students or young adults, not doing their job. I think they should be assigned & monitor certain areas instead of walking around doing NOTHING! Fully staffed too!! The toddler area that was supposed to ONLY be for little ones & toddlers was constantly taken over by big kids & going crazy on the palm tree swings. I think that should be removed from the toddler area since it can be a safety hazard. It has been a problem every time I take my toddler to play in the toddler area. My toddler was hit in the face with the swings & we were very upset. My husband would let the staff know every time but the staff don’t do much about it. They would just look over & walk past it. We give them a 2 stars review because we think they need to do better in training.

This is a great place to take young kids to have some fun and get some exercise. I came here with my 17 month old son and we had a great time. He was a bit hesitant at first, but eventually started walking around and climbing on things. He enjoyed the slides and he loved the trampoline area. I think it's reasonably priced and it's great that adults can go just about everywhere the kids can go so you get to play with them too. You can get food and they have a small game section where you can win tickets and redeem them for prizes. I highly recommend coming here as it is great if you have younger kids.
