a week agoThis place is such a blast!!! It is very beautiful establishment, very clean, with many things to do!! The staff is beyond helpful and kind, they are even so fantastic and lovely when it comes to the kids, my baby brother i brought here keeps talking about how “nice” they were! The GM here, Antonio was so darling to talk to, very charismatic and helped me with the issue i had with the machines! They refunded me for any issue I had at all, and they so didn’t have to! Jessica was also a fabulous help, she refunded me the additional person I paid here because I did not know adults were free! She helped us with sizing of our socks, and with concessions! I will 10/10 recommend this place to anyone with children, it’s very inexpensive for everything it offers. I will be back!!

a month agoWe took our toddler son to play here, and discovered that the staff don’t moderate access to the toddler area whatsoever. By the time we left, there were at least 5-6 kids in the toddler area who were well above toddler age (probably 7+ years old?) and throwing the foam blocks around and yelling. It's also extremely loud in here--they don’t seem to have any sound dampening, and since the walls are concretes and the ceiling is high, I had a headache after less than 2 hours between the loud music and all the screaming children. They need more loose parts for the older children to play with, as the toddler area looked to be the only area that had blocks or balls. It seems like a lot of things are due for replacement/maintenance as well. I would consider coming back when my son is older, but I have to say that there are nicer play areas in Charlotte that are better maintained and have more things for kids to do. If you have a kiddo who loves obstacle courses and climbing, this place has a decent selection for that. I don’t recommend it for younger children though.

a year agoFirst impression was this place is crowded but then it was still cold outside so perfect for the kids to play inside, there were lots of fun stuff to keep them occupied for a few hours (2 hrs) tickets. Place was generally clean including restrooms, only issue I had was that the flooring transitions are not marked or colored (highlighted) the kids seem to have a good fun time here. There is also a snack counter and refreshments on sale. Pack your own little bags and don’t forget your socks it’s $3.50 per sock. There were adequate seating and chairs. Nice play for the kiddos to hang out but use more fun activities.

3 months agoIn the freezing cold, we were looking for something new for our 4 yr. old granddaughter. Drove about 50 minutes from Newton. Absolutely fantastic experience. Some reviews calling this place dirty? Absolutely not !!!! Very clean, well organized, and supervised. Staff was very nice. Nobody’s kids were bullying others. (That’s a parenting issue by the way). Great place. Reasonably priced. Definitely be back.
