I had a fantastic time at K1 Speed go-karting! Their electric go-karts are thrilling and deliver an adrenaline-packed experience. So much fun! Went for a friends work Xmas party and had a blast. Track is fun, karts are great. I believe it’s 15 laps per race. They offer group rates and also have food and beer/beverages.

I chose this location for our team building event. We all had a blast! The staff was kind and helpful, most of us have never raced before & the women were a tad nervous but we all enjoyed our visit to K1 Speed. There was 10 of us, we purchased the 2 lap package which is more than enough time around the track. You actually go around the track 12x each round. We were able to race against only our company since it was a private event. Racing is really an adrenaline rush! Forget everything you know about on the road driving. The rules are definitely different here. Press your foot on the gas & don't let up! You won't flip but you might bump into someone, just handle the curves when you approach them. Great time! My only compliant is trying to get in touch with someone over the phone prior to our arrival date, which I found it to be time consuming but you eventually reach someone to answer questions prior to arriving.

My son had a blast! His first time and his height and age came in play so before the staff proceed on our transaction, my son was fitted (had him sit on one of the race car) first. Staff checks (not twice but more than triple) my son’s gear (added booster seat and pedal extension) and safety before they let him race.

Very fun activity! Definitely pricey but an experience you’ll want to do again. I’m knocking off 1 star because the weight time is crazy. We had almost a 3 hour wait and they won’t accept reservations if it’s under 8 people. That’s a business miss. If you could pre pay only and reserve a time slot, you’ll get even more customers. Food was a solid 3 and could be better. With a few improvements, this could be a 5 star business.
