a month agoThe water park was a really nice experience. It had so much to offer indoors and outdoors. The whole Kalahari Resort experience was really nice for my family it has so much to offer and would definitely recommend going. It is so much to offer that you don't even really have to leave the resort, there are plenty of places to take pictures, plenty of places to eat, so many different gaming activities with indoor rides, I feel lazy rivers and even one or two adult stations with swim up bars.

a month agoMy Daughter in Law and I took four of the grandkids for Spring Break. We had an excellent time! The water was still pretty chilly but that didn’t stop us from enjoying all the attractions. I felt like the food was a tad overpriced, the best option money wise and serving size was the pizza. There coffee in the room was not to my liking so I went to Starbucks every morning. We did not try the restaurants there other than the one inside the water park. The adult beverages were great! We went to the local Walmart and got stuff for snacks, sandwiches, and drinks. The beds were great! Slept like a baby every night.

2 months agoMy family and I love going to Kalahari. While it may be pricey if you go for the whole day, if you go at night the place is basically all yours to yourself! It’s cheaper and you can go on so many rides since there are no lines. My kids love all the kids areas and when I have gone with adults it also is just as much fun to do everything with the tube rides. They have a flow rider as well which is always a bonus.

a month ago10/10 experience with my 10,10 & 12 yr olds. Had a family vacation over thanksgiving break and everyone had a blast. We had the king suite and it was very comfortable. The water park and arcade area kept the kids busy. The food was not too pricey. I’d definitely go again but probably wouldn’t take any kids younger than 10 personally. It was very busy.

a month agoWe had an amazing weekend at Kalahari Resorts for my 8-year-old niece’s birthday! The waterpark is the biggest I’ve ever seen, and we had so much fun exploring all the attractions. We booked two rooms — one facing the parking lot and the other overlooking the outdoor waterpark, which gave us some great views from both sides. There were plenty of food options on-site, and my niece loved getting to make her own Build-A-Bear. Just a heads-up — they didn’t offer the birthday special there, which was a little disappointing. A major plus was that even after checking out, we could still access the waterpark and arcade until 10 PM, which made our last day extra enjoyable. For adults, there are several bars to choose from, and if you feel like stepping out, there are plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend Kalahari for a family getaway!
