I had an overall outstanding experience with Kayak Pools. I ran into some problems with my HOA and the team at Kayak went over and above to help me get through the process with supporting me with information as needed and calling the HOA directly. They were always available to answer questions when ever I called. I’m a contractor and to do project this size without any glitches is impossible. It was a very pleasant experience even with a couple small bumps bin the road. I’m looking forward to to using the pool a lot this summer .

Kayak provided excellent communications during the entire process through installation and followed up multiple times. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a pool. Installers were outstanding and completed it in one day.

3 years and counting! The Kayak pool is a wonderful addition to our backyard oasis. We had the saltwater system installed & It’s easy to maintain! When we open the pool, each spring, it’s always crystal blue! It’s so inviting! We love sharing our pool with family & friends. We’ve been able to use our pool March-November! We live in Illinois and have a heater for the Kayak pool. Best investment! Our children are 7 & 12 and enjoy inviting their friends over to swim as well! It’s a great place to be!

They were super easy to deal with. We got on the install schedule early in the spring of 24. The installers showed up on time and had the pool installed in less than 8 hours. The sales people were great to work with and did not try to upsell us on things we did not want. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what we wanted to purchase. We decided not to install a heater initially, but we love the pool so much that we are planning to get one in the future to extend our usable season.

Kayak Pools Midwest did a fantastic job on my pool. It was completed in one day. The customer service was fantastic.
